Location is perfect. Right in the heart of the Edge District with amazing food and activities nearby. Staff were great too, and we were so glad to have a full kitchen in a beautiful studio.

Location is great! What they don’t tell you before you book is that you have to valet every night or find parking on your own. The hotel looked just like pictures expect it was very dirty in the kitchen. Plus the balcony wouldn’t lock and when I contacted the host they sent maintenance up, but it never got fixed. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was do able.

The location is amazing with so many great eateries within walking distance. We stayed for a show at Jannus Live and it was an easy walk back to The Mint after the show.
Our first night we had a very uncomfortable bed that seemed to have a hole in it. We asked for a new room and the host was very accommodating and gave us a new room where the bed was much more comfortable and we had a much better nights sleep.
The rooms come with a full kitchenette which would be wonderful for longer stays.

I would give a 6/10 . Between the hassle of trying to extend the day and the non-hospitable front desk, I would say you could find better elsewhere. The rooms are decent similar to la/sf .

The place smelled so fresh throughout the building and especially our room.
It was easy to obtain extra towels and the people at the desk were so friendly and the one valet guy was extremely friendly and helpful! We had a nice view of the town. We had a wonderful visit and most definitely would return.

Exactly as described! Had a beautiful time & the smell of the hotel was incredible. Valet was $40 a night(street parking was extremely limited) and retrieving your car from valet could take up to 15-30mins so be mindful and prepared but other than that we would definitely stay again!

We booked last minute for my birthday and it ended up being the perfect cozy spot! We felt like we were really able to relax and enjoy our time especially with the location being right in the center of the city and how clean the space was. Definitely booking again for when we are back in St Pete!

Great pick for a secure, safe, quiet stay
Super clean, comfortable, well maintained, safe, and great location. So many restaurants and cafes to choose from within walking distance made it so convenient that I highly recommend. Loved the amenities the hotel provided, and it was extremely quiet even though they are pet-friendly.

We loved our stay at the Mint House, the host was extremely kind and responsive, answering any questions or concerns I had, and were very proactive in letting us extend our trip and come a day earlier. The Airbnb was beautiful and there was so much to do right in a walking distance, the pool is beautiful and the service and valet parking service was excellent, the workers were so kind and talkative. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come again! We strongly recommend staying at the Mint House. 5/5!!!

Likes: The location was excellent - walking distance to many restaurants. Friendly staff and clean, spacious rooms.
Dislikes: The lack of self parking options. No parking lot or parking garage at the hotel. Only valet was available for an extra cost.

It was a wonderful place to stay, very central to everything and had everything we needed in the apartment. The only downfall was noise of traffic and people out late.

Everything was wonderful, especially location in downtown SP, one thing that would’ve been nice to know is construction on buildings next door can cause some noise but not overly disruptive

Everything was nice and clean. People are friendly and Luke. The attendant valet was exceptional. The only thing is you need to tell people about Valley parking in the price for the full day caught me off guard. I wouldn’t stay here if I known I had to pay $40 a night.

The place was very nice, clean, and felt safe throughout our stay. Communication was smooth, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. I do wish we had known in advance which floor we’d be staying on, but aside from that small detail, everything met or exceeded our expectations. I’d agree with the many other positive reviews!

I am writing to share my recent experience at your hotel. Unfortunately, we had to leave due to significant construction noise outside our room, which was not communicated to us prior to our arrival. Additionally, I found the front desk staff to be unfriendly and lacking in customer service.
However, I would like to commend Greg, the parking valet. He was exceptionally kind, courteous, and knowledgeable about the hotel amenities and nearby restaurants. His welcoming attitude was the highlight of our visit and truly appreciated.

Great location, great amenities, very hospitable staff, and clean room! Loved having the opportunity to live apartment style for a week including in unit laundry, pots and pans provided, etc.
Only issue was parking, there was no real options in close distance besides valet or lots near businesses. Valet was $50 a day and the lots we chose to park at were $32. It added up after a week, but a rental isn't always needed with the amount of things to do in DTSP!

We were so pleasantly surprised! Clean, smelled lovely in the room and building, nice and accommodating staff, and amenities (like Fiji water and paper towels!!) in the room! Fabulous location (besides the noise that comes from being in the city) and valet was a good touch. My only complaint was I personally found the bed a bit too hard, but I would happily come stay again!!

The valet guy with long blonde hair deserves a raise. He made the stay at mint house more welcoming than anyone there in the city with his great hospitality & just in general cool dude . Me and my partner always look forward to seeing him when leaving the building.

Great spot, will definitely be back!! In walking distance to a bunch of great spots, only not so great part was the parking situation (2hrs, so I usually just drove to things even if they were close by). Pool was awesome and there was always someone at the front desk. Super private porch, and washer dryer was super helpful.
