Greg was incredibly nice
I am writing to share my recent experience at your hotel. Unfortunately, we had to leave due to significant construction noise outside our room, which was not communicated to us prior to our arrival. Additionally, I found the front desk staff to be unfriendly and lacking in customer service.
However, I would like to commend Greg, the parking valet. He was exceptionally kind, courteous, and knowledgeable about the hotel amenities and nearby restaurants. His welcoming attitude was the highlight of our visit and truly appreciated.
