10/10 Exceptional
A hip, clean, Bohemian re-do of a 100 year old downtown building. Plenty of character - much like the customers it attracts; young, cool, friendly. Comfortable bid bed, quiet, great bedding and fluffy towels. Instant hot water. Coffee shop in the lobby. Downtown location, plenty to see, especially when the neon of the marques of the theater district start coming on dusk. Just keep vigil when walking as there are a lot of homeless (sad as that is) and some questionable types depending on the street you tread. But be smart and you'll have a great time. Hell, stay in and enjoy the room, or have a drink on the private (guests) rooftop lounge with the small pool. It's where RAymond Chandler would be checking in to write a novel if her were still with us. Enjoy.
