terrible! Their People steal my jackets， two jackets just hunging in closet which behind mirror. When I asked them to ask people, their cannot find cleaning staff to ask and I sent emails they never reply. Lost two jacket worth 600+$, feel so sad. I stay there for 4 days spend over 200+$ each day , I can’t believe they steal my stuff. Expensive hotel Worse experience. Room super small, The shower curtain broken cannot put on, not put soap and body lotion each day... I can bear all the poor services just cannot believe I lost stuff from their closet.
