10/10 Exceptional
Every time I stay at an Ace Hotel, it's fantastic. The rooms are beautiful, it's super comfortable, everyone is crazy helpful, and the rooftop patio is great. There is a venue downstairs, which at times can be a bit noisy, but it hasn't really bothered me much and Norah Jones has to perform somewhere.
