I absolutely hated my stay at this hotel. The hallways leading to the rooms gave off very unsettling “American Horror Story” vibes, and my room itself felt unsanitary. I asked if I could check out early and move to another hotel, but I was told I would not receive a refund.
I stayed for three nights and was unable to sleep during any of them due to constant disruptions alarms going off, noise from a Netflix premiere event, and loud traffic, honking cars, and people yelling outside throughout the night you can literally her EVERYTHING. Additionally, I received no room service during my entire stay, which was extremely disappointing for a downtown location. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations at all.
