Likes: Price. Location. Decoration Style. Gym. Coffee and water heater in the rooms. Dislikes: No kitchen, no smoking on the roof terrace.

This place was great. I found it last minute, and the price was reasonable. One thing to note is there is a little noise at night from a nearby club, but it didn’t bother me. They also give you earplugs, which I didn’t need. Easy access, bed was comfy, water pressure was also on point, but the shower is not the style I prefer. It’s one of those kind that’s not fully enclosed, with no curtain, so if you’re not careful, there will be water all over the place when you’re finished.

La calle en la que está ubicado el hotel no es tan agradable, pero puedes llegar por alrededores que son mucho más lindos. Dislikes: La calle en la que estaba ubicada, pero puedes irte por otras calles que son más lindas.

Jag gillar detta. Det finns en reception men används bara om du själv vill. Allt funkade perfekt med koder och incheckning i telefonen. Bara att knalla in och ta sitt rum, inget snack. Supersmidigt. Bodde i ett litet enkelt rum, jäkligt cool känsla. Lite NY Studio känsla med betonggak och ruffa väggar. Coolt, inget lulllull alls, bara coolt. Bra dusch, bra tv, rent och enkelt. Kaffe, te, kylskåp, säkerhetsskåp. Kikade aldrig poolen. Ser nice ut på bilderna men lite kallt när jag var där så missade den. Jag kommer tillbaka!

Nice place great bed and sheets

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is a little different, but not in a bad way. Conveniently located, especially for Orpheum Theatre. There is no parking but there is a parking lot close by.

Great place to stay! Kasa was proactive and provided clear instructions for check in. It was a clean and comfortable place to stay. Walkable to the Orpheum theatre (we attended a show), great restaurants and shopping. We were very pleased with our stay!

Not worth the money I paid for Likes: Good location Dislikes: I was returning to our room ~10 PM and found a staff member inside our bathroom to fix water complaint from the guest below. However, I did not receive any texts or calls to inform of this incident. Later on that same night, I voiced my concern to the staff about water piling outside the shower and was dismissed by the staff member with a few extra towel. Then due to that water, I ended up falling and injured myself. Communicated with the property and they finally changed my room around 1:30 AM. All this to say, I won’t be return to this facility.

It was a good stay!!! But they don’t offer parking

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly. Coffee in the rooms were delicious! A short 15 min walk to the Crypto.com Arena and within walking distance to bus stops and restaurants. I will come back again for sure!

I had a larger room that was extremely comfortable, very clean, bed was great, loved the shower, bathroom, etc. The only thing i didnt like was the carpeting in the room and a dehumidifier with a hose going out a window with taped up cardboard, kind of sketchy. I would rate the hotel 3.5 stars, not 4 but very good and id stay there again.

Presidential suite was fantastic except for a non working shower. Bathtub was difficult to get out of, very slippery!

The room was clean but the bed was set up very weird with the head of the bed facing the middle of the room vs the wall.

Great hotel in historical building in the centre of LA down town close to the main restaurants Coffe shops public transport . Nice and clean room ,nice gym, very friendly staff and amazing roof top bar. Very recommended for your trip in La!

Horrible: Didn’t Stay; walked in and walked out. Likes: The lobby. Dislikes: The room was unacceptable and we were disappointed with the presentation. We did NOT stay. The carpet was dirty and it smelled like they had sprayed or fumigated with a strong deodorizer (this affected my asthma). The carpet was a yellowish/green with stains and the sofa was old and stained.The ceiling was cemented concrete beams no ceiling; no air conditioning. The bed looked like a futon; no sheets or comforter available; the bathroom had no door. My husband went down to request another room which looked exactly the same. I was so upset I didn’t take pictures. Instead I was on the phone with Hilton trying to get another reservation at a proper hotel. The concerns were discussed with management. Since, we only walked into the room to be disappointed and didn’t not stay - we REQUESTED a refund. We had paid for early check in at 1pm. Management said she would attempt to get us a refund; it was early enough to make it available to another party. Reason for room decor was gothic The only reason we selected this hotel was because it was suggested close to the fashion district. The hotel was not worth the money we lost; because they did not give us a refund. The check in process was a stressful process. Having check in virtually was a hassle. I would not recommend this hotel. When you have gone top tier hotels 10 minutes away for less money as well.

Overall it was a good stay. Staff was friendly. Checking in and out was very smooth. Room looked a little different from the photos but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d come back for a quick stay.

I would say that the vibe of the place is pretty spooky and slightly unclean and I feel like there’s definitely a market for it, but it does not look how it looked in the photos and there was a very odd aroma and everything kind of felt like it was set up to be part of American horror story but I definitely think there is an audience for that. It just was not myself and was not as pictured.

Me gustó mucho el lugar; es muy céntrico y bastante cómodo. Fue un plus que todo el registro se hiciera en adelante y te den las instrucciones de acceso.
