Very, very good. Room was a little cramped- we had a double queen that ended up being on the 11th floor behind the "U" of the United Artists Building neon sign.
It's a great room. Mini-bar is perfect (I ate the Abba Zabba for $3.25.
The plumbing is fantastic!
The beds are FUTONS, which is why the minus one-star from Five Star. Comfortable, but I expect a bed in a top-tier hotel.
Their tee-vee is a mess. No movie channels like HBO, etc. And other channels were skipping, etc. Something is wrong there, but no need to complain as we were there for only one night
Hotel SERVICE is FIVE STAR!!!! Absolutely the best front desk. Valet parking is wonderful- we were able to add it to our bill at checkout and they showed up right away in Deep downtown LA.
