During movie premieres, the staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional, not to mention disorganized and uninformed. We waited in line an hour for the premier and found out we didn't have to.

Absolutely stunning architecture and theater. Was hard sitting in the back of the orchestra section, very cold with the AC blowing on you and a bit tough to hear.

A gorgeous theater in downtown. It is agem of old Hollywood and Im glad its beong put to good use with great shows. Theres not mucj i love about downtown YET but I love the Ace Hotel

I love love love this place but it's getting too crowded and not enough bartenders at the bar. Took me and my friend around 20-25 mins at the bar just to order my drinks. But the bartenders are wonderful and super fast with their service and they make the most delicious drinks everytime we order.

The staff were friendly buy followed their rules (no drinks from outside places including water). The seats in the theater are a bit small. Not a lot of leg room or arm room. The air conditioning works great and the decor is amazing. Everything else is mediocre.

Moscow mule, bartenders at Ace hotel rooftop please look at that up. It's a shame, because this place has got everything. LA view..check, decent appetizers...check, hot tub...check, great hang out spot...check. Everything but good drinks. Try their hummus... It's good.

Always a great time. last time I went they were playing Farris Bueller's Day Off on a white screen over the jacuzzi. They have Hot Cheetos...and warm towels. The music is eclectic, always complimenting the night air.
