The hotel is mediocre and overpriced. My girlfriend and I booked the hotel with high expectations due to the website, however we were also highly disappointed once we arrived in the room. The hotel is overpriced, the room was small (we had a medium sized room) unlike the photos online, and the hotel books last minute private events on the rooftop which bars use the pool/rooftop. We asked about the events they'd be hosting, we were given a list of events, and told the rest of the week past Tuesday would be open, however, the hotel scheduled another private event for that Wednesday. We were given six free drink vouchers valued up to $15 to compensate, but we both are 20 years old so they were useless. After 7pm the rooftop, which the pool is located, becomes 21 and over (not listed on website as of 6/18/17). Not once did we actually get to swim in the pool. In all, we paid ~$3000 for five nights at this deceivingly labeled five star hotel. Rooms are smaller than pictured. The pool is often off limits. Must be 21 and over past 7pm to swim in the pool. Save yourself the trouble and book at the Ritz.
