Went to the rooftop bar on a Saturday night. Didn't take too long for us all to get a table and the cocktails were good, about $12 each. Really great views of DTLA.

Went to see the movie Carrie. The lobby was decorated like the gym in the movie. Very nice looking inside, great architecture. The place is intimate. Worth a visit.

I was attending the David Lynch Foundation's Festival of Disruption. The service was excellent and the venue was amazing. One of the most beautiful theaters I've ever been to with an amazing screen, lighting and sound. I didn't stay in the actual hotel portion as it was out of my price range, but it seemed nice and I heard good things about it from other people attending.

Although I didn't stay here, we came for lunch and for drinks on the rooftop - and loved it! Modern, beautiful interiors, great food, tasty drinks, amazing vibe and tunes on the rooftop - and not as packed as we thought it would be! Perfect place to hang out and experience the best of DTLA.

I attended a show at the newly renovated theater. The hotel itself looked great, and the event was smooth as well. Staff were very helpful and quick with orders.

Let me start with the room keys, I love them. They are key cards that you hold up to the lock instead of putting them in a slot and they work marvelously. We had dinner our first sight and they have a wonderful restaraunt. I had the chicken with pureed cornbread. It was a pure delight. All of the rooms are completely unique. We had industrial and our friend had 1950s. The beds are the best I've ever slept on and they dont scrimp on pillows. Each bed had FIVE! The coffee is wonderful. It was surprisingly nice to find Baristas outside of Oregon that can pull a perfect shot. My only suggestion would be for something to identify staff. It was very confusing. Other than that, it was bliss. Oh dear. Almost forgot the pool! It is 3 feet deep and so refreshing to take a dip to escape the heat! I can't wait to come back and I haven't even left yet!

I went to the Rooftop bar on a first date.. the drinks were terrific and very unique. The other patrons were very relaxed and friendly. The staff was also very friendly and attentive.. not to mention the view!
