Great- loved our stay! Would definitely recommend to others. The surrounding area is a bit scary at night so just keep that in mind, but overall lovely stay.

Great place to stay. Shower is wide open so wouldn’t recommend staying with friends, but perfect for solo trip or couple!

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. First of all, my car was broken into in the hotel’s parking lot within 2 hours after parking my car…the same lot they specifically told me to park in. When I reported it to the staff, they were completely unhelpful and showed zero concern. No effort to assist, no security footage offered, nothing. On top of that, the room looked NOTHING like the photos online. It was outdated, poorly maintained, and nowhere near what was advertised. The shower didn’t even have a closing door, so every time I took a shower, water poured out onto the walking floor, making it unsafe and messy. Between the false advertising, unsafe parking situation, and lack of customer service, I will never stay here again and I strongly recommend you look elsewhere and DO NOT BOOK HERE!

We’ve stayed here now two years in a row for kcon! It’s our favorite hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The staff is always very nice and helpful. The rooms are big and clean. It’s not too bad of a walk to the conventions center too so it’s a perfect place to stay! We will always come back here each year for kcon!

Would not stay here again. The rooms are gross, dirty, stains all over the floors and desks, concrete floor with some carpet that looks like it hasn’t been replaced from the 70’s and not in a cool vintage way. No hot water. I was assaulted by an unstable man directly outside the hotel at 7am and the doors were locked and there was no one at the front desk. He continued to harass me outside for the remainder of my stay, I had to hide from him a few times. Construction happening outside from like 7am-8pm and it was extremely loud. Literally on the sidewalk pounding into the pavement right outside my window. The one time I tried to use the gym at 1pm, the floors were soaking wet and the place smelled of chemicals. One elevator is down making it a long wait time to get in and out of the hotel. The people who work here are mostly unfriendly. I had one male staff member get confrontational with me when I was trying to explain my experience to what seemed like another potential single female guest. The neighborhood is atrocious. The pool is a glorified bathtub with a bar that anyone can go to not just guests so it’s filled with men on dates trying to get women drunk. The small size of the pool was literally shocking. The whole hotel is basically a run down not well attended wanna be nightclub with an old poorly kept hotel attached. This is all coming from someone who lives in the center of Midtown Manhattan. Truly this hotel should only be rented by the hour. These people who are leaving great reviews have to be getting a discount or a payment for it, or are bots, that’s the only way I can explain it. Def not a 4 star hotel. Find another place to stay.

Muy padre la decoración y lobby. Agusto en general. Me volvería a quedar si tengo que ir al estadio Dodgers de nuevo. El único comentario sería que como que ya le hace falta mantenimiento a alfombras y muebles desgastados

Everything was super! Especially the pool on the rooftop :) the rooms do look a bit basement like, but other than that it was very confortable and quiet. The parking is very sparse and expensive in the area

Their staffs are very prompt. Check-in instructions were accurate and easy. Noise could be an issue if you are staying there over the weekend. Otherwise, very clean and nice facility.

OK, I give it five stars on location because it is literally at the border of the fashion district, and it couldn’t have been more convenient for me. If you’re looking for the luxe, manicured version of Los Angeles, this isn’t it. I wasn’t aware of the hotel charge that came with my reservation, but after my stay, 👀 I don’t mind it one bit. The room AND the hallways AND the elevator AND the lobby and even the STAIRWELLS were clean, the staff was amazingly accommodating, the cafe and rooftop are lovely and I really enjoyed my stay. #definitelyrecommend

Solid. Would stay again. I wrote a sketch about it: Found it on Airbnb—looked like a hotel, kind of. Price and location checked out. The reviews weren’t bad. Booked. A building you’d pass a hundred times and never see. There’s a front desk, but it’s more of a desk than a front. Check-in is remote but works fine. There were no towels. I messaged them. They came in a few hours. The room is fine—more than fine, actually. The bed is comfortable. The sink doesn’t drain. It looks like someone bought a cement floor built in 1988 and just... painted over it. Like they gave up halfway through the idea. Still, people are working. Elevator techs. Cleaners. Managers, somewhere. It functions. They send me polite texts asking for feedback. I go for a walk. There's the building—nondescript mid-rise on my left. Someone bought it. Someone asked, Can I make this a business? Not a luxury place. Just... something livable. Profitable. Meanwhile, the dregs of the city liquefy into the sidewalk.

I really love this hotel! Location is perfect for anything walking distance and I love checking in and out through my phone. The rooms are nice and clean with a great views!

Beautiful stay in Los Angeles not to be missed! Likes: Great staff, great facilities. I loved everything about this hotel! Dislikes: Only curtains in our room should be replaced by new ones as they were covered in stains.

The location is great for a downtown LA experience. The views of the rooftop were great at night and at dawn. The staff is super friendly en helpful!

The bed was very comfy. Nice location as in doable to walk. Nice rooftop and a nice coffee spot next to the reception.

Information was readily available and communication was helpful, thorough and clear. Cost, while certainly not inexpensive, was relatively well priced to other hotels in the area. Rooms were decorated with a minimalist approach, but were clean and comfortable enough. Staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful.

Ottima posizione, la camera non era quella in foto ma era comunque dotata di tutte le comodità necessarie, molto apprezzate le maschere per il viso e la macchina per i rumori bianchi, utilissima per coprire il caos causato da un night club proprio sotto le camere. Staff molto gentile e pulizia ottima. Le indicazioni di Google Maps non sono precisissime, e accanto all’hotel c’è un parcheggio molto più conveniente di quello consigliato dall’hotel, il cui staff ci ha anche aiutati a trovare la nostra accommodation.
