Our stay at Kasa was great! The only issue was that there was no microwave in the room or building. I was able to keep my leftovers cold in the room’s mini fridge but could not warm them up :( Aside from that, the room was as advertised! It was clean, comfortable, and it was nice that it was in a hotel with a cafe and bar area. The location was also good.

Stayed here to see shows at the theater next door. Couldn’t ask for better location.

We really had a very good time! The room, the bed, everything was good The bar in the roof, very Nice And specially Michael , in the lobby was very kind I recomend this hotel!!

Very modern room with a great view!

We LOVED this room and the whole experience! Easy, comfortable, great room. Our heater quit working and they came up and fixed it right away.everything has been amazing here. Would definitely come back!

I was being checked on consistantly and when I had trouble with my door lock. They came and fixed it immediately.

Likes: 目の前にバス停があり、近くの治安もいいです。 まっすぐ行くとグランドセントラルマーケットと7thストリート駅(地下鉄)があってレッドライン、ブルーライン、イエローラインが乗れます。 ユニオン駅までバスで20分です。 チェックイン前チェックアウト後も荷物預かってくれて、紙渡されます。荷物は鍵付きの部屋にいれてくれます。ホテルに入るにも暗証番号が必要で、フロントの人は待機してます。 アーリーチェックインはネットでバーチャルフロントデスクというkasaの公式にログインして、チェックインとチェックアウトします。 11時30でしたが、チェックインできました。 屋上がめちゃくちゃよくて、ダウンタウンが見渡せてプールがあってとても綺麗です。人も少なくて最高でした。 4階にジムとコインランドリーがありますが、コインランドリーは故障してるのか洗えませんでした。 25セントのコインいれて洗濯するみたいです。 フロントの近くに無料の水とカップがあって、清掃入れると水もくれます。コーヒーと紅茶もあります。 歯ブラシだけがないので、持参が必要です。 ドライヤーの風圧が弱めで、シャワーヘッドが取れないので洗いづらいところはあります。 カーテンが薄いので明かりが漏れます。 スイッチが1個1個つけないといけないので、面倒です。 ですが他はほぼ完璧です。 1.5万でこのクオリティはやばいです。 同じダウンタウンのホテルでフリーハンドも検討しましたが、やめた方がいいと思います。 泊まってる客を見たらまあ割と普通ですが、中には地下鉄で見かけるような人がいるので、同室だとちょっとどうかなって感じはします。 荷物が最小限でリュック一つとかなら、まあ大丈夫かもしれませんが。

I had an extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience at this hotel. The concierge forced us to leave earlier than what was agreed, and stayed in the room while we were packing. He also insulted my friend and I. This is beyond unacceptable and speaks volumes about the hotel’s management and lack of professionalism. Also if you don’t want to get sick avoid this hotel because I am pretty sure they never clean the carpet, it smelled old and mold.

This place is located in Downtown LA which is not a safe neighbour at all. Secondly, they had open shower rooms to the room which was very invconvenient and the rooms open to other rooms so cannot keep the drapes open. The walls are made of cardboard so it feels very unsafe.

I really liked how seamless the check in/out is, how friendly the staff are, and how accessible transportation was! Overall it was a lovely place to stay, unfortunately there was an active police situation during one of my nights there.

Likes: Saubere Zimmer, alles drin was man braucht. Check-In /Out super easy. Ein Café ist unten in der Lobby. Fenster in den Zimmer sind recht lapprig, deswegen zieht es minimal und man hört die Stadt. Die Lage ist nicht vorteilhaft wenn man Beverly Hills usw sehen will

Home away from home. Absolutely obsessed with this place. Industrial modern chic decor and vibes. Walking distance from restaurants and shops. Short drive from LAX Stay here, highly recommend it!!!!

Had a great stay here. Seamless check in and out with the virtual front desk. Was a convenient location for my event but the neighborhood felt unsafe at times. Room was slightly dirty with stains on the carpet. LOVED the 24/7 taco stand next door and the rooftop wine bar. Thanks for having us!

The place has been great when visiting from the east coast to LA. The whole check in/out experience and communication has been extremely seamless with 24/7 chat and digital accommodations. They provide a good amount of stuff with a friendly service and even has a pastry shop on the lobby floor. Now let's get to the cons. Our particular room (not sure if it's like this for most) has the shower visible from every possible angle of the room, like it's in the corner of the room surrounded by glass walls. And even when I asked for a curtain they had no hook or anything except to cover the shower walk through which honestly seemed kinda redundant. And honestly it wouldn't be so bad if they had more hooks to let us cover the glass walls. I get having a code for the lobby, concierge closet and our rooms, but why on the elevator? Evertime me or anyone inside want to use it you have to put your code in to pick a room, even if your going the same way. It's just a inconvenience to everyone especially when 1 out of the 3 elevators work. Now the concierge closet was empty so we had to get everything from the front desk which isn't too much of an issue except for the fact that they didn't have everything listed that they would have on the website like extra water or combs. So make sure you have those when staying here in their Downtown LA area. Overall I had a great experience with very helpful staff and the view was perfect for a first time visitor of LA and they go beyond to make sure you're well informed and comfortable. I would definitely come here again if I do decide to come back to LA! Thank you Kasa for a memorable trip experience!

perfect for what we wanted, directly across the street from a bus stop, 15 minute walk to the train! on a main road, but was surprisingly quiet at night. everything was great

Great place to stay! We flew in for a concert, and stayed two more days to shop and enjoy ourself, close to subway, buses, restaurants, coffee shops, nail salons , shops, comedy club(literally outside the front doors of the Kasa) rooftop bar, pool, coffee shop on first floor, the personal was friendly and remembered us through out the whole stay, very easy access and secure to get in to the front doors of the hotel and the elevator and kasa itself. If you don't like public transportation request a uber it will take you to the front door or pick you up at the front door. Amazing restaurants blocks away. Japanese, Italian , tapas , Spanish food, and you have a great taco place next to the Kasa they are open late and open early. I recommend the Kasa you will diffidently enjoy the clean and comfy rooms and bed. Had everything we needed during our stay.

Great place for a weekend city stay! We are from a small rural town, so it was nice to have multiple keypads to access the building, elevator, and room. This helped us feel much safer in such a huge city!

This was such a fun stay!! This historic hotel is absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. I very much appreciated the security features the building has, especially being that it is in DTLA, I felt totally safe my entire stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the coffee from the cafe was delicious. I will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in DTLA :) Thank you Kasa!

Great place in the heart of Downtown LA, friendly staff and great service. only downside was my particular shower. it was in the middle of the room ssurrounded by glass so if you're staying with family or friends they had to leave the room for one of you to shower. and besides the concierge closet being empty the place was great.

We came to LA for a concert at Crypto Arena and this place is well located and very close to various restaurants and other downtown locations. We would definitely return!

Very clean and incredibly helpful staff, in a great location surrounded by various food choices & shops all within walking distance. All of that aside too many negatives outweigh the positives for me. I stayed for 3 nights for the music festival Camp Flog Gnaw, this hotel was around 10 minutes away by car & had the best deal so it was an obvious choice but man I wish I had done more research. First of all, there is no parking at all and I was told there was no help with paying for parking. The parking lot next to the hotel is $45 a night, so for 3 nights that really adds up & the other spots around aren’t far off from that price. Next, one of the elevators was not working so for 13 floors and tons of people with only one available elevator, as you can guess, it took FOREVER every time! Many people were there for our same festival so the wait times became insane and the elevator is tiny so it took even longer due to it getting filled up fast. Lastly, there is a rooftop party blasting music till 3 in the morning all weekend, the hotel did provide us with a white noise machine and ear plugs but you can still hear it and it was awful trying to get some rest. I still did have a great time, the room was a perfect size for 2 but I would be mindful of the parking and rooftop parties.
