Perfect location! Pristine condition!

Will be back if in the area, and would definitely recommend. Likes: Hospitality was top notch , even with the self check in and out. A staff member oversees that everyone is happy with their room and assists in any way she can. Quiet town with just enough amenities to stay busy but not be overwhelmed with lots of people and commotion.

Hospitality was top notch , even with the self check in and out. Someone overlooks the premises making sure all is well, and assisting where a need exists. Town is small, quant, has enough to do in town, marina, and beach. A more relaxed location than the larger towns on Michigan beaches.

We stayed with our dog, and the room was very clean and well-maintained, with plenty of amenities. Before our stay, we were a bit concerned about potential pet odors, but there was absolutely no issue at all. Although check-in and check-out were contactless, the staff we encountered were all very friendly and welcoming. Due to our personal schedule, we unfortunately had to check out earlier than planned, but we still had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience!

The perfect launching place to explore up north! Very clean and comfortable

Great location. The place was pristine.

Perfectly located to Elk Rapids downtown and harbor on Grand Traverse Bay. Rooms are spacious and in pristine condition.

Overall it was a beautiful stay! Our first night there, the shower was cold - which was not ideal. We messaged the host and shortly after the issue was resolved. The location is 10/10!

This is a hidden gem! I was not expecting to have such a peaceful scenery when I got here, but it's incredible. The property is surrounded by the lake, and birds are singing around the trees. It's so beautiful! I had a great sunset/lake view from my room. The property was super easy to access as Kasa sends you a text and an email with your own personal access codes. The unit was super clean and the bed feels comfy. The property is brand new and everything looks well cared for. There are sitting tables outside if you want to enjoy. I have finally found my relaxing place! Keep in mind that ubering is difficult in the area, so best to be prepared by driving or renting a car (property offers parking on a first come first serve basis)

Loved this place lock was a little confusing but other than that great place

Beautiful rooms, location was great. Easy to reserve and access our room without checking in or out. We had the junior suite with 2 couples and it was perfect. The only downside was the noise from the floor above us at 6:30 am!

Absolutely loved this room. Spacious, clean and modern with lots of natural light. Hotel was lovely as well.

So I’m going to start with the positives. Room was pretty nice. Everything was clean. The linens were so cozy. I loved their soap (it smelled good and didn’t bother my sensitive skin). The town is cute, though a little sleepy. The hotel is walking distance close to the beach that has a beautiful park. Now for the detractors. No one works there. It’s weird. We didn’t see a soul in the building for 2 days. The bar? No one works there. I did double check the hours. I didn’t need this service but I thought it was odd. It wasn’t really a problem that no one worked there… until it was a problem. We lost power on our last night. 8:45pm our entire room lost power. I’m in my pajamas watching a movie with my young kids, my husband about to take a shower and there’s no lights. Just our room. We texted the auto number and 15 min went by before someone responded. They sent us to the utility room of the hotel to fix it. What?! I don’t work there. This really seems like not my issue to fix. They gave us a code for the utility room. It was wrong. They gave us another. It was wrong. 15 min went by and finally the right code. The breaker for our room? Doesn’t exist. They didn’t believe me so I sent a picture. After an HOUR without power they had us pack up our entire room in the dark and move into a new room at 9:45.

If you can get comfortable that the “staff” is an AI, this is the place for you! 🤖

Like a hotel but more chill. Great spot.

Likes: Great location. Dislikes: You need to have bars by the tub in the bathroom for seniors. You need to have more then 2 wash cloths for a week and extra towels. You need to note if the room is handicapped accessible.

Super easy instructions for check in and check out and easy access to customer support if needed. Rooms were very clean and the location was perfect! All staff that I met were very friendly. Highly recommended.
