Great location in East Nashville, just outside the city with many great food spots, dives, breweries and +21 Arcade and Pinball spots.
I rented the (2) Room Flat, (1) Queen size bed in the larger room with an on-suite restroom and adjoining walk-in closet and access to a 10ft x 10ft patio and (1) King size bed with an adjoining bathroom with pocket doors that allow access as a common bathroom. Both rooms offer a comfortable and cozy bed, great raindrop shower with shampoo, bodywash, lotion and hairdryer and amazing views out of the large windows with blackout curtains. The living space is a bit small but it has seating for 4-6 if you include the (2) barstools at the bar countertop to view the flatscreen tv. The kitchen is a great size and offers all of the amenities needs to prep and cook a meal, including a full size Refrigerator, Stove with oven, microwave and dishwasher, the kitchen also has a slider to access the 10ft x 10ft patio. The flat also includes an iron, ironing board and a stacked washer and dryer which got lots of use.
