(WE HAVE WARNED PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM RESERVING THIS HOTEL THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER RESERVED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT MEDICAL EMERGENCIES)We tried to get our money back $923 I was hospitalized due to a seizure and they refused to give us our money back and they took our money after we cancelled the whole booking . They refused to give us a refund because of their policy and they kept nearly $1000 dollars and we will NEVER RECOMMEND OR BOOK WITH MINT HOUSE EVER AGAIN YALL ARE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE because they FAILED to refund our money bc I got hospitalized due to a very bad seizure that cause a broken jaw and a busted eardrum but y'all rather STEAL MONEY THAN REFUND IT LIKE DECENT HUMAN BEINGS WE WILL NEVER BOOK WITH YOU AGAIN AND THAT SWEETHEARTS IS A PROMISE I would have left a positive review like I do everywhere else and give them nice tips and huge stars but y'all are absolutely disgusting what makes me even more mad is YALL DONT EVEN FEEL BAD FOR STEALING THE MONEY THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE REFUNDED DO YALL NOT KNOW THATS FRAUD LIKE KEEPING REFUNDED MONEY IS FRAUD IF YALL DIDNT KNOW TBAR TALL ARE IGNORANT AND STUPID

Had an amazing stay! Amazing location with lots of bars around. One thing I’d point out is that there was no parking available, not even in the second parking lot. Very cute place though would definitely book again if visiting Nashville.

Perfect for our one night stay! We went to an event at The Basement East and it was very convenient that we could just walk right over from the apartment. There’s also lots of things to do within walkable distance.

There was no staff beyond a person that delivered extra toilet paper. There were no back up rolls and we went through the half roll present when we checked in. We had trouble with the numeric door lock which was a 4 digit code. Nowhere did it say the code needed to be followed by the pound sign (#). The room was as advertised with a very nice kitchen and appliances. The bathroom as also nicely upgraded. The shower floor was exceptionally slick and so was the bathroom floor when wet. There were no bathmats so we used some towels to avoid falls. This cut down on the towels we could use for personal drying. There was a small on sight parking area which required an extra fee to use it or you had to park on the street or whatever might be available in the alley. The bed was comfortable with memory foam pillows and topper. The thermostat for the unit was responsive. It met our needs but I probably wouldn't stay there again.

Cool spot. Walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars (and directly above one of the coolest cocktail bars in town). There is plenty of street parking, so no real need to pay for parking if you don’t mind walking a block.

The room was very nice and was super close to The Basement East venue which is why I picked The Eighteen as I was attending a concert there. The building was quiet, the mattress was super nice, and customer service was very kind and helpful.
