Unclean “4 star hotel” with a 1 star experience and treatment
Self-claimed “4 star hotel” but terrible, super delayed service. Place was dirty, there was no place to leave bags prior to our check in time, and it took 6 hours to simply get a hair drier. Incredibly loud outdoors right outside the building and paper thin walls. Expect to text an off-shore team to handle issues with a severe delay. I requested early check in and they said that they wouldn’t know if it was possible until the day of check in but I could extend my trip another day and I could then check in earlier, which meant no one booked our room before us. When I called day of to check in early, they kept saying the room was being cleaned as we speak and I’d receive a call/text once the room is ready. I never got a call/text saying my room was ready. I called again a few hours later and got the same response that the room was being cleaned. At 3pm checkin, still no one called texted me to say room was ready other than a canned email with the door code instructions to get in, which were not even correct. When I finally checked in, to my surprise the room was hardly cleaned. Floors were gross and it was very dusty. No “4 star” hotel should require me to call or text people on the other side of the planet to get service. Likely owned by a greedy investor like the rest of trashville.
