Perfect for what we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Quaint stylistic touches. Great location near all the hotspots. Did get a little loud at night, but they had a noise machine in the bedroom! Overall great stay!

The staff were very friendly and the place was clean. It was very loud most of the night. Most of it was coming from the neighborhood, but Kasa can’t fix that. If you are young and into that kind of scene it is probably fine. There are homeless folks across the street and the corner bar is open 24 hrs a day. Looked like a bit of a rough crowd. At the end of the day we needed a place last minute and it was clean and safe inside, the neighborhood, not so much.

I had an amazing stay at The Frenchmen Hotel in New Orleans! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming. The staff was super friendly and made sure I felt right at home. The vibe of the hotel fits perfectly with the energy of Frenchmen Street—fun, vibrant, and full of life. My room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with that New Orleans charm that makes the experience feel special. I loved being able to walk right outside and hear live music, grab a bite, or just soak in the atmosphere. The rooftop pool and bar were also a great touch! I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in NOLA.

I start with crew and lobby which were awesome.i stayed in almost 15-16 places in Europe and this crew were the best,kind,friendly,helpful,knowledgeable. Location,perfect,in Frenchmen st which is heart of jazz in NOLA.within 15-30minutes to All attractions in Nola. It was an old building but they provided everything needed for a short stay. And point was that very small space to take bath,very limited to move which probably normal for an old building. Overall I recommend it and will stay again in my future stay.

Communication is not effective the same day I checked out I called kasa to let them know that I left my bed under the wallet. It has been 48 hours and no one has contacted me back for an emergency situation like this. Everything else was smoothly, but communication is key when having a business and especially within a high priority situation as a wallet

Let me start with the only negative which was the WiFi. We tried to connect the WiFi (the 4 days we were there) to our tv and it never worked; even after we called the front desk & they looked at it. It wasn’t something they could control, which is why I’m still giving this 5 stars. Just something to keep in mind. Now unto all the good, the location is beyond perfect! Just a few minutes from Cafe du Monde & Bourbon St. The surrounding area has tons of bars to check out, some good restaurants, and grocery stores that stay open late. We didn’t get a chance to use their pool, but it looked amazing and always clean! Check-in was super easy since they give you the code beforehand, plus they always have someone there to help at the front. The size of the room was perfect & the ac worked great as well. Despite the WiFi issue, this Airbnb is honestly one we’ll come back to because it’s perfectly located near everything & the staff was beyond accomodating and sweet.

Best Location in NOLA We really enjoyed our stay at the Frenchman! It was clean, the beds and sheets were VERY comfortable, staff was super friendly and we loved the convenient location as we could walk pretty much anywhere. (It is one of the busiest streets in NOLA so do expect quite a bit of noise at night- half of it will be jazz music :))

Old New Orleans Favorite Becomes a Kasa Property Likes: The location, staff and general funkiness of The Frenchmen Hotel are its best features. I've stayed there a half-dozen times over the years and always have been satisfied. Dislikes: The acquisition of this property by Kasa Living is positive overall, but the room prices have risen without a great deal of change to the amenities or the hotel. Sorry to see the free breakfast eliminated, and will await the opening of the not-finished Tiki Bar on the rooftop.

A series of weird experiences which included mysterious bloody spots and ended with witnessing an entity sitting on the edge of the bed, I spent my 10 year anniversary at this lovely spot. Such an easy walk to music and entertainment. Everyone was lovely and I would stay here again, but I'm hoping that the next time the hot tub works.

Fantastic location just steps from music on Frenchmen street, lovely walk to French quarter or Bywater and easy streetcar ride to the Garden District. Right next door to hot new Caribbean restaurant where you can get a delicious meal and keep leftovers in the fridge to snack on after hours of drinking and dancing on Frenchmen street. Perfect evening. The hotel is cute, comfy and well kept. Nice folks.

Our room was damp due to the humidity pretty much the entire time-- we felt icky like there might have been mold in the room. We booked this hotel specifically for the tiki bar and the hot tub, BOTH of which were nonexistent. The hot tub was not heated and the tiki bar (which was still listed on the amenities in our room) had been closed for a while and didn't exist. The walls were paper thin and we were kept up all night because the room next to us had a phone alarm vibrating for hours. Also, the outlet in our bathroom didn't work, so we weren't able to properly get ready.

Everything was as expected except noise that went on until around 2 every morning. As long as a/c was own it covered up noise. May have come from club next door. Left a day early because of noise. Everything else was ok.

I would stay here over and over again. The front attendant desk was always there 24/7 and super friendly and helpful. I stayed there a whole week and I really can’t say enough great things about the property and service. If there is any down sides it’s that the hot tub was pretty chilly and it can get loud outside, it’s a busy happening nightlife area so it’s out of their control but they did a great job of mitigating the noise with noise machines in the room and ear plugs if needed. My room was right off the street and I didn’t lose any sleep. Property was safe and secure and I’ll never stay anywhere else. Kudos to the whole staff for making it such a wonderful stay.

It was like a mini little hotel surrounding this pint-sized courtyard with a mini pool and hot tub. All very cozy and great old timey vibes done with modern cleanliness and convenience. Amazing location for jazz lovers you’re at the foot of a row of club after club of live jazz. Couldn’t think of a better spot in NOLA and at a fair price too.

A charming hotel nestled at the edge of the French Quarter. It's in the perfect area. Close enough to Bourbon without being near the large and loud crowds. The area is close to some amazing restaurants. I plan on staying there the next time I'm in New Orleans.

It’s a cool place. Old world French Quarter. We liked the history, the pool, and the balcony. If you want a modern hotel, go elsewhere but why would you want a modern hotel in the French Quarter surrounded by jazz clubs? Also the staff was very friendly and super helpful.
