Great location. Walkable to French Quarter and Frenchmen Street music scene. Close to waterfront streetcar. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Fun decor. Clean pool. Touch of NOLA atmosphere. Spacious room. Once inside the complex I felt safe, as a single traveller. Noisy on weekends due to location, as to be expected. A treat to sit at the rooftop bar and watch Independence Day fireworks on the river - like having a private show. Helpful accommodating staff. I would stay again and will recommend to others.

We enjoyed our short stay in New Orleans at The Frenchmen very much. The location was convenient, and we enjoyed having a pool to cool off it after tremendously hot days. The bathroom was a little smaller than we expected, but it didn’t bother us. This was definitely mentioned in the listing, but it was much louder at night than I anticipated due to it being the 4th of July and our room being right by the pool. It didn’t bother my husband at all, but I’m a light sleeper, and there was no volume of a noise machine loud enough to drown some of it out. All in all, though, we had a delightful stay.

Atmosphere was great and we loved the hotel room! There was quite a lot of loud music playing throughout the night on the street, but it was July 4th so that was to be expected. The location is amazing; it’s close enough to the waterfront to get to the French Market and the Steamboats in 15-30 minutes. We loved hearing live music throughout the streets almost everywhere we walked. If we're ever in the area again we would look forward to staying at Frenchmen again!

5 stars :)! This hotel was everything we hoped and more! The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the location is prime, and the room was so lovely! We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub as it very much resembles a hot spring in this cozy environment. We will absolutely be staying again :)!

We had a great visit to Kasa’s! It was a last minute booking/trip that we will be booking again! Between hopping around town, we loved our balcony view and spending time at the pool. Our location was great for exploring frenchman street and hopping over to the french quarter. We enjoyed the personal touches of the place and felt right at home!

Very cute and comfortable place to stay for the weekend! Everything was a close walk (about 10-20 mins) which made it easy to do all the things New Orleans has to offer. The pool and outside area had great vibes and the hot tub was working. Would absolutely stay here again, thanks!

Our stay at The Frenchmen Hotel in New Orleans was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the service went above and beyond. We were having trouble finding the location while driving, and that’s when Bianca (our first interaction at the hotel) literally came outside and waved us down so we wouldn’t miss it. That kind of hospitality set the tone for the entire stay. One of the biggest wins? Parking right out front — no circling the block or hunting for a lot, which is a rare blessing in New Orleans! The room was exactly what we needed — beautifully styled, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked. The bathroom was to die for! The shower had incredible water pressure, and everything from toiletries to makeup towels was provided. Honestly, we could’ve just brought clothes and still had a perfect stay. As an up-and-coming photographer, I especially appreciated the artistic touches — from the mural wall perfect for photo ops, to the rooftop deck with views, drinks, and chill vibes under the coral-colored canopy. The pool and hot tub were clean, inviting, and the water was the perfect temperature. Security was another huge plus. Access to the property and rooms is keyless — you use a code or your phone to enter the gate, door, and even your room. It gave us peace of mind and added convenience. There were so many extra touches and amenities that we didn’t even expect — this hotel really exceeded our expectations in every way. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Friendly service and a great location, I will stay here again!

I can't say enough positive things about our stay. The staff is incredible! Helpful, friendly, and gave excellent recommendations. The location is perfect. Very close to French Market and Jackson Square. Walkable to every area of the French Quarter. We found we enjoyed Marigny much better. Drinks/food were less expensive and we got to hang out with the locals. The space was clean, had a fridge, and most importantly, super cold AC. The pool area was great to cool off and relax and the entire space has such a cool vibe!

I loved my stay. Would def recommend to friends for their future nola trip. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the decor in the rooms and overall in the hotel. Would definitely book the same room.

The Frenchmen knocks every hotel I’ve stayed in within New Orleans out of the park EFFORTLESSLY. Likes: When we arrived, we were in love immediately. Bianca was so hospitable. She met us outside because we kept passing the location. She not once got agitated or impatient. She walked us to our room and helped with our bags and gave us ideas of what to do. We come to NOLA all the time and try to stay somewhere different just because but I’m pretty sure we’ve found OUR place. The room was just enough for us. The bathroom was beautiful and quaint. Not over the top but just right for us as a couple. I loved the aesthetic of the location as well. I’ve recently started to grow my photography business and I took lots of great photos while I was around Frenchmen and I regret not getting more of the hotel but I was so “drunk in love” with my Hubby (freshly married (5/14)) that I couldn’t focus on much. We will be back for sure. We appreciate everyone’s hospitality and please don’t change a thing ❤️ Dislikes: This is a hard one for me. If anything, maybe the pool hours. But I’m sure there is a reason why they are set for what they are. Business is business and I don’t dabble in an area I’m not in. I only say that one because we did use the pool but we missed out on the hot tub because a bridal party was in it during that time and we didn’t want to intrude. Other than that, keep up the awesome work.

Great place to stay in terms of value for money. About a 15minute walk to the centre of bourbon street.

Great location & cozy little hotel right on Frenchmen! A little rough around the edges…but so is NOLA! The property is very quaint and the rooms are adequate. Nothing fancy but gets the job done. Noise is minimal when you take advantage of the provided sound machines. Our only complaint is that the beds seemed very small for queen-sized. They appeared to be only full-sized. Kasa assured me that they were queen but, since we have both sizes in our own home, I am highly doubtful. Otherwise, great spot!

This spot had it all - close to plenty of music, bars, and restaurants. Being at the very end of the French Quarter and beginning of Frenchmen St made it ideal for exploring both areas. The pool was a delight in the heat. Management was proactive, helpful, and responsive. We'd definitely stay again!

Throughly enjoyed my solo trip to NOLA and staying here made that a reality. Great location and walkable to the best attractions the city has to offer. My favorite feature was the privacy and security. Traveling alone can be nerve racking but my nerves were immediately put at ease with the keypad entry into the facility being the same code for the keypad entry to my room. I had an issue with the tv in the room and the staff responded immediately and rectified it quickly and efficiently. The staff had to be the most important. They were amazing. Attentive, friendly and considerate. I felt safe and cozy. The pool was clean and the scenery was romantic to say the least. I visit NOLA every year and I’m going to insure that The Frenchmen By Kasa is my home away from home.

Great location. 24hr public parking in the lot behind the building was reasonably priced at 20 dollars (regularly patrolled by security/police). Tons of walkable bars, clubs, and restaurants. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Shower was a good size. Really appreciated the white noise machine by the bed as well. Overall the best stay my girlfriend and I had while traveling across the country. Already planning another trip to come back!

The Frenchman is a great hotel if you want something more Quaint and Rustic. Away from the noise of bourbon but conveniently attached to Frenchman street which is a less rowdy version of bourbon. Every host was amazing and attentive, one even helping my gf with her luggage up the stairs. They have a nice little pool to relax in when it gets nasty outside as well. Overall nice stay and worth it.
