My stay was wonderful the hotel was perfect and the staff was amazing. Bianca and Erica went above and beyond to make my birthday weekend special! I would come back and stay here 100/100 times!!!!

I had a lovely stay at the Frenchmen Hotel. The property and my room were beautifully designed; the space, although can seem tight, was comfortable and functional for me and met my needs. The staff were excellent and friendly, and I appreciated the assortment of beverages such as lemon water and teas. The location was also a draw for me, being located away from the action of bourbon street, but still being accessible to live music, art, and good eats. If you’re looking for a boutique, intimate, community feel, I would highly recommend this property.

The Frenchman New Orleans by Kasa was amazing! The friendly staff are nothing but entertaining and informational. We asked for their fave spots to eat and gave us some of the best selections. You think... It's new Orleans.. it's for great food, but their spot suggestion for dinner was nothing short of amazing. The Staff were extremely friendly and super sweet. I wish I could remember names but if your the owner.. you know you have the best there! The room was exactly what we needed .. bed . bathroom and a mini fridge. seems minimal... but we were there to sleep. The most impressive thing was the water pressure in that shower! I asked how we can get that at home. ;) The Hotel was beautiful. I honestly thought we were staying in an older house. You walk out of reception into the beautiful courtyard where all the rooms are. 3 levels. Top Bar/Sitting area didn't have much of a view... but a total game changer for drying off after a dip in the pool. The hotel is a few blocks from everything, so walking everywhere didn't seem that bad. Even coming back from the bar at 3am. Parking is behind the Hotel. We had to pay for Public parking. $28 Friday didn't seem bad, but $53 On the Saturday was extremely off putting. And you guessed it. $28 for Sunday. That was a 24 hour rate. When we return we will be looking at staying back at The Frenchman! Thank you staff for your friendly faces and best selections for food and things to do.

We would definitely stay here again. Came here for my birthday! Big special shout out to Bianca for being just a wonderful human being. Bianca made it feel like we were coming back home. Cullen and Erika were also super friendly and helpful! Cullen was able to get us checked in early and Erika helped us check out. The space was beautiful but the staff made our trip a wonderful experience.

Great little spot close to the French Quarter, parks, and dining. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. I definitely recommend staying here.

The place I’ll always stay when I come to New Orleans.

My partner and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. It has a very homey touch unlike your average hotel. The area was convenient and everything is pretty much in walking distance. The staff were very warm and helpful and of course, the pool/hot tub situation was the cherry on top. Unforgettable experience and I highly recommend.

Check in was easy. Great location. The room was close to Frenchmen Street. Noise level was not bad, it’s New Orleans!! Frenchmen Street has great live music venues. Will definitely return.

We had a really good stay! Bianca was amazing and super helpful the whole time. She recommended us a really good dinner spot, which we loved. The Airbnb itself was in a great location, close to plenty of restaurants and bars, and the streetcar stop was also nearby, which made getting around really easy. I also loved being close to the French Market area because it was lively but not as crowded or hectic as Bourbon Street. Overall, it was a really good spot to stay and we enjoyed our time there!

Kasa at The Frenchmen was beautiful. Old New Orleans charm is hard to explain without having it in front of you, but our room encapsulated that. Hotel staff and receptionists were beyond kind throughout the duration of our stay. The pool is precious.

The cutest boutique hotel in town, the room is beautiful, the pool is amazing and the people at the front desk are so warm, welcoming and wonderful with recommendations - Honorable mention, Erica! Erica went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and that we had plenty of things to do. We will absolutely be staying here again when we come back. 11/10 would recommend.

This place is cute. Love the pool in the courtyard and the rooftop chill spot. Staff were very nice. Place was clean. I liked how relaxed the vibe was.

This Airbnb is beautiful and in the lively area of the French Quarter! The hotel staff were incredible to deal with and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The pool is so lovely for a little break from the heat in the afternoon. Would highly recommend this place.

If this place has the availability, anytime I visit, they have my business. The staff was amazing, everyone we spoke to. Room was very clean, had everything we needed. Vintage setting, right in the French quarter. We got lucky with free parking, but with the fair pricing of the room, we wouldn’t complain if we had to pay for parking. Small space but it is exactly as described. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The Frenchmen 💜 This was our second stay at The Frenchmen, and it definitely won’t be our last! My husband and I first stayed here about four years ago, and loved it so much that we knew when we came back to New Orleans on a couple’s trip we wanted to stay here again. The service was absolutely amazing and Bianca truly went above and beyond anything we could have asked for! She made us feel so welcome and even basically did a mini photoshoot for us because we couldn’t stop taking pictures of the beautiful hotel! The hotel itself is so unique and full of character. From the lobby to the rooms there were so many fun and beautiful details that we felt like we needed pictures everywhere we went. Between the atmosphere, location, and incredible service, The Frenchmen has become one of our favorite places to stay in New Orleans. Thank you, Bianca and Kasa, for helping make our trip so memorable!

Nice place

It was our anniversary and they went above and beyond on the room for us

The Frenchmen looked exactly as it was pictured. Beautiful building, very comfortable, and as a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe. By far, the thing that stood out the most was the staff. Bianca walked to my car two blocks away to make sure I parked in a good neighborhood, and then helped me carry my luggage back to the hotel. Colin was so friendly, and gave me great recommendations in the neighborhood. Would highly recommend staying here. 10 out of 10!

Great stay. Very nice staff. Love the courtyard with the pool. Small room/bathroom/shower so be mindful of that but it was perfect for my husband and I. Very clean, cold A/C!

We really enjoyed this property. The location was right in the Frenchman Entertainment area night life and restaurant options just steps from the hotel.The cable car stop was about 2 blocks away. The weather was sweltering hot and the pool and jacuzzi at the end of the walking day was needed and most welcome. The best part of the property was the staff who were warm and engaging eager to serve guests not impersonal like many of the chain hotels .I think Colin Lee and Bianca should get awards for hospitality. We will return.

Great staff and great location My only complaints that I could give are based very specific to me and my bfs preferences (e.g mattress firmness, room temp, and spaciousness). Staff was so overtly friendly and helpful. It was in a great location.

I have been trying to put into words how much I really like my experience here. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. They were incredibly gracious and inviting, helped us with our bags, got us into our room early and really made sure we felt welcomed. The room was comfortable and the shower was nice. The location was great, right across from the Jazz Museum and on Frenchman Street, but a block away from the trolley and the French Market. It is super easy to walk/public transit wherever you need to go. I am going to stay here again!

I really enjoyed staying even though it was one night. Staff were really nice and friendly. I can’t remember the lady name she was 2nd shift host but she gave me really nice compliment instantly felt at home. I will be back for sure.

The Frenchmen was incredible! Such a cute spot and very close to lots of tourist options. Erica was such a great help, she gave me a tour and helped me with an early check in. Awesome spot

The Frenchmen Hotel was absolutely amazing, the front desk workers were some of the most helpful and friendly people i’ve ever met and we were taken care of excellently. Being on Frenchmen St and right outside of the French Quarter, there is a never ending amount of things to do inside walking distance. Overall a great stay and would recommend to any New Orleans visitors.

My wife and I absolutely love this place and will stay here again. The hosts were wonderful and so helpful when we got stuck in a downpour, helped us with our bags and checked to make sure we had settled in okay. The beautiful pool in the courtyard was perfect after walking back from dinner in the hot New Orleans evening. And you can't beat the location. You are right on Frenchmen Street (a destination in its own right for music and art lovers) and walking distance from the Quarter and many fantastic local restaurants. Six stars out of five!!
