cute idea, poor execution
location was good, room was fine, pool/hot tub was nice, front desk was responsive and understanding. that’s it. this is the loudest hotel i’ve ever stayed at, with the most childish and disrespectful guests. they wildly underrepresented how loud the place is. there’s absolutely no sound proofing, it’s like being inside a club 247365. i got no sleep, it was a stressful place to stay on vacation, and i’ll be certain to call it out as a place to avoid to anyone visiting nola in the future. my stay at the frenchmen taught me that paying more for a hotel is alway worth it. i hated every moment here.
