Not surprising but the highlight really are the onsite staff! So friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. Stayed for one night, was in a room near the street so was provided a white noise machine and ear plugs proactively. Felt comfortable and well taken care of. Would stay again!

The staff was communicative and warm even before we stepped foot on the property! We loved the unique layout of the room and enjoyed the ample natural lighting. It was a perfect size for the two of us, and we really loved the location which allowed easy entry into the Quarter and the local Marigny spots. Will definitely book this space the next time we are in the area!

Beautiful taste of new Orleans We went on a girls trip. The place is a historical building so if you want modern this might not be for you. But it was well kept, had great staff and a location just outside the French Quarter. We could easily walk almost anywhere. The beds were comfy. Bianca was helpful in getting us around and even snuck a birthday cake into our room to surprise the birthday girl. The pool was a great addition! It is a bit noisy on the weekends so get the ear plugs or use the noise machine they offer. I hope they can use the bar space and rooftop again soon!!

I truly enjoyed my stay. The room decor was eclectic and and very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient, clean, and welcoming.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It’s soo small and cozy. It was enough room for my bf and I. It’s older so it’s paint blemishes etc but nothing dirty or bad. I loved the pool and the staff were so nice. It is literally on Frenchmen st. So it’s walking distant to everything. 10 min walk to bourbon. I really felt at home there it’s good for short term stays. now if you want maid service daily and all that jazz this is for you but if you enjoy clean simple and fun environment you’d like it.

We had troubles with the toilet not flushing right for a few days and the wifi connection on the tv kept going out. The staff did offer to fix the toilet and/ or let us move rooms. We let them fix it but it didn't really seem fixed afterwards. The staff was very nice about it but really did make for a less relaxing trip dealing with repairs.

Really enjoyed staying here. Great place to be able to walk to so many shops, restaurants, bars, the French Market, etc. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub- it felt private and peaceful despite being in downtown New Orleans

Loved the space, location, and pool! Keypad entry for the property also made us feel secure and safe. I appreciated knowing that there was someone working the front desk 24/7. Very friendly and helpful staff. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at The Frenchmen! The property was beautiful, charming, and had such a quaint New Orleans feel. The best part was having instant access to Frenchmen Street… it made it so easy to enjoy the live music, food, and atmosphere. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had a wonderfully memorable visit to New Orleans and a large part of that was thanks to this charming hotel. The location could not be beat. Right on Frenchmen St, the hotel is blocks away from incredible live jazz, museums, the French Market, and the streetcar that takes you to Canal St. We enjoyed having access to a well-maintained pool in the heat of the summer and a cozy comfortable room to rest in after a long day out on the town. The hotel front desk was staffed 24/7 and, let me tell you, I’ve never experienced such exceptional hospitality. The staff were not only professional and attentive but their warmth made them feel like old friends. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay and provide recommendations for the area. At times we experienced some tech issues with door codes etc. but the staff were there to promptly resolve them. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

We loved this accommodation, perfect placed on Frenchman Street close to all amenities and bars/ restaurants. Hosts were super helpful and friendly. The room was just what we needed for 3 nights with the additional bonus of the pool just 4 steps from our apartment entrance. Very quirky and would definitely recommend a stay here .

I love staying at the French! It is the perfect location for a trip to NOLA. This was my second stay here, and both times, the space, amenities, and staff did not disappoint! I will definitely be back again.

We wanted the old French Quarter experience, and The Frenchmen delivered! Friendly staff, quirky building with clean and just right modern amenities, lots of loud music, great restaurants, busy French Market, wonderful river walk--all the sights, sounds and smells of old New Orleans. The street-side rooms can be loud, but for us, that is part of the experience. I loved the pool to cool off after a day of exploring. Will be back!

The hotel is lovely & just right for our stay. Our room was right off the street, with a window right off the street. We heard ALL the noise from the street and definitely didn't sleep well because of it. It may just be that one room with that issue, with how the hotel is set up. Otherwise it was a great stay with friendly staff, and a great pool space. Paid parking lot just a block away. Would stay again, not room 101 though.

We had a great stay at The Frenchmen! Good deal on the room and a nice walkable area. Luggage storage was really convenient!

The Frenchmen hosted by Kasa is the best possible place to stay in New Orleans. The Kasa staff, specifically Miss Bianca, are so lovely and nice. The hotel is adorable, the rooms are cozy and clean, and the pool feels amazing on a hot day. Step outside and you’re right on Frenchmen street - overflowing with good drinks and great music. We will be staying here every time we visit New Orleans from now on.

Dog friendly and in a great spot in the French Quarter!! Walkable to fun spots

The Frenchman was great! Charming and comfortable and a clean room with being accessible to lots of places we wanted to see. I like that It had lots of music places nearby to choose from. They are such kind and helpful staff!

The location was great for what my wife and I wanted. Close to the market and the 'jazzy' area of the French Quarter, and a 10 minute walk to Jackson Square area. Staff was super. Friendly, helpful and willing to help in any way they could. Had great suggestions for places they would recommend (Coops, which is a couple of blocks away, had to be some of the best fried chicken I've ever had. My wife liked it, and she doesn't even like fried chicken). Rooms were nice, considering. Decoration was well done, very cozy, and each room had a floor unit type A/C. Granted, it was HOT (high 90s every day), but the A/C could not keep the room cool. I'm not a large person, so this was not an issue for us on our trip, just a FYI thing. The bathrooms are probably 5 sq. feet; so shower, toilet and sink are all scrunched into that space. A larger person may have a problem in such a confined space. Reminded me of a cruise ship bathroom with the spacing. Each room equipped with a Roku TV, mini-fridge and coffee maker. Pool and jacuzzi were really nice, especially after walking around with the temps as high as they were. Two little 'market' type stores were within two blocks so it was convenient to find refreshments to take to the pool. Would definitely go back, and recommend it to anyone else.

So pleased with the accommodations at this space. It made me feel all the more connected with what it means to be a New Orleanian! I had a quiet room that suited me quite well for about 6 nights and the space really had so much character and beauty. There was always someone in the front room to warmly greet me as I was comin and goin, (shout out to Bianca, an absolute shining star!). But truly, this whole team exudes kindness and warmth. Everyone went above and beyond to care for and accommodate me during my stay! Overall suited my needs perfectly and really happy to have chosen this space for my visit!

All the staff was very friendly and helpful . The space was nice and comfy . Nice little courtyard and felt safe with the locked gate and front lobby being locked to non guests. We would stay here again !

Room and facilities were well kept. The employees that man the desk were ALL fantastic helpful, nice and full of info. The location is great and suprisingly quiet.

This will be my go to place to stay. Cool ac unit in each room, exceptional staff. They made the space feel like a bed & breakfast (They do not have breakfast. I said it FEELS like.) or that I was in someone’s home for a visit.

We absolutely loved our time at The Frenchman! The entire staff was so friendly and helpful, they even gave us a present as we were celebrating our honeymoon. Our room was very clean and looked like the pictures we saw before our stay. We also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area and we loved how close we were to all the jazz clubs on Frenchman!

Fabulous stay. Awesome staff. Had all the amenities of a large hotel chain but originality and charm that you’d never get anywhere else. The staff was exceptional! So welcoming and friendly; really made our stay perfect. Will be back!

Old historical building, but it was absolutely lovely. So don’t expect some of the amenities that you would get at other four or five star hotels but it was absolutely lovely.

Really enjoyed stay, helpful reception staff, friendly and lots of good recommendations. Helpful to organise taxi. Location is perfect located a 2 minute walk from plenty of good quality love music and restaurants.

Such a great location to explore the French Quarter and surrounds! Staff were lovely and very helpful upon checkout when our flight was delayed. Bag storage is another win and being located on Fenchman St gives you great access to the bars and bands along there! Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone!
