10/10 Exceptional
Kasa was truly great for what I needed. The building is clean and (fairly) quiet, and it's close to the Quarter. The staff was super friendly when I needed them, very courteous and professional. The bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi was plentiful. I do wish the rooms had microwaves, but it didn't impact my stay. There are plenty of great places to eat within a 5 minute walk, so you'll never be hungry, and the room service menu looked great.
I liked that there was a code for my door that was text to me before I arrived, so there are no key cards to lose, and I always have the code stored in my phone if I forget it. Will definitely stay here again.
