The hotel was super cute, and seemingly well maintained. Our room was very cute, and the bed was super comfy! I hate very much to give a 2 star review, however, the A/C was not working our entire stay. The first day our room was 80. The second day it got up to 82. We came for our anniversary. The only weekend we get away the entire year from our work and 5 children. We were so disappointed. The front desk clerk sat back in her chair with a fan on her unfazed as I let her know our room was 80 degrees. They were already aware. She had a spiel ready, and let me know they were sorry. Pretty much not even looking up from her phone 😒 I asked if they had a fans available. She stated “no, we’re all out” as she sat comfortably with a fan on her.
They brought us a 6 inch fan at 12:15am, and offered us a $25 refund. And I will add when we checked in there was an extra $25 non refundable charge for a “deposit” We essentially got our “deposit” back 😆😒
I wrote Kasa, and asked instead of $25 back could we be offered another stay when the air conditioning was working so we could have a proper comfortable stay. They declined. They offered us $50 off our next visit. Needless to say, we won’t be back! Sadly.
