Great experience The stay was amazing. Perfect location. Love the vibe of the hotel. Will absolutely be back. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see bed was super comfortable and hotel staff was amazing. The only complaint was having to leave. Would recommend to anyone

This was a great place to stay. Only noise we heard was occasional street care going by. What we didn’t realize is there is no housekeeping service, we stayed 5 nights. So we asked for towels, emptied own garbage, etc. wasn’t a huge deal, we just didn’t realize this beforehand.

No service needed The room was nice. The only real issue I had was that they didn’t have door notices for housekeeping to let them know not to disturb you. Every morning I was woken by housekeeping knocking in my door, which was very disruptive since I had to get out of bed to talk to them to let them know I didn’t need service.

The hotel room is quite old, but the location is decent. However, the pillows were not clean enough and had a strong unpleasant odor, which ruined the stay.The indoor air lacked freshness.

The noise is Unbelievable. normally this room should be used for torture. If you focus on the noise, you go crazy. No good windows for stopping outside noise. Next to the hotel there is a big building (don’t remember what is it) and central air conditioning or Whatever the system working back of that building exactly in front of the room and it’s toooooooooooo loud. It doesn’t stop for a second. Had a hard time when sleeping. If you have issue diving to sleep like me that would be huge problem. I didn’t have the energy to complain and ask for change. there is not a normal hotel service to talk. It’s all virtual. I see someone in the desk but don’t think she could help. Lightning is a bit problem. No central switch, you have to turn of 4 different lamp. And no turn of switch you have to unplug the electric. Complementary Caffe detail is nice. Room is big and nice. Decoration and concept good. Location good. But the noise swept all the good things.

We were within walking distance of the French Quarter, museums, restaurants and parks. The restaurant on the property was excellent. Easy check in process. Pleasant and spacious rooms.

Had a negative experience staying at this hotel. Had been another kasa in Pittsburgh and that was way better compared to this. 1) lack in room amenities such as toiletries. Towels provided were also very worn and old 2) room was not clean when we checked in. There were still trash left in the room. 3) Faulty door that would not close properly unless you slam it real hard. 4) TV connections to WiFi had issue and was unable to cast videos to the TV. 5) lack/slow recovery effort on for point 4 and 5. Raised a maintenance request on the first day for the issues but the work order was closed before any rectification was done. Nothing was done during the entire 4 day stay. 6) Room walls are so thin that you could hear the surrounding cars, streetcars and even conversation of passerby at level 1.

Onsite staff members were very responsive and helpful. The only issue was that only 2 outlets worked and the in-room frig did not get very cold. Otherwise excellent location and fantastic stay!!

NEVER AGAIN!!! I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with the new Kasa management! We have stayed here for the last 5 or 6 years but no more. No more customer service! There was no telephone or way to call the front desk. Virtual right? Someone was sitting there just to check people in. If you needed something, you had to call the Kasa number. I hung up after 35 min one time. No security during Mardi Gras! Anyone could have roamed the halls and I did not feel safe. No parking across the street. Instead you park a block or two away in an unsupervised garage. My car was backed into and no one there cared. No bellman so you had to walk the distance with your luggage. No housekeeping for 7 days. We ran out of towels everyday and had to track down a housekeeper for more. Garbage & linens stacked up and the floor was filthy. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Mardi Gras 25 My only complaint is that I never received house keeping services. Other than that, it was an amazing stay. The location was perfect. The parades passed right by the hotel, and Bourbon St was a 15 min walk.
