Overall clean and quiet. Checking in was horrible because my name was flagged. My name was flagged for a negative reason and it delayed my check in by a few hours until Airbnb cleared my name. Really bad experience considering it was my first time booking in New Orleans and on Airbnb. I don’t think there should’ve been a reason to hold me up. This even made me late for my dinner reservation.

Had a quick overnight stay here and enjoyed it! Was close to many of the main areas of the city. Has many walkable bars, restaurants, grocery stores and other things close by. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is convenient for parade watching but the room has poor or no lighting, no housekeeping, no telephone. Will not stay there again. $500 a night

Great location for Mardi Gras! James at the front desk was so kind and helpful in getting us checked in, directing us to parking and places to unload our luggage. Excellent staff!!

I wasn't aware it was Mardi Gras when booking a room. The parade seating bid the hotel and took us over an hour to find the entrance. That isn't the hosts fault. The location was great and a great price considering we could walk out the door and be in the middle of the parade. Virtual check in and out was simple. The instructions were clear on that, but parking g was said to be I closed on Airbnb. The host sends you a link for check in and out and parking is listed as $46 on their. Be aware of that when booking. Kasa should make that more clear on their third party postings. Aside from that it met expectations. The heat and air worked. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. The parking garage was close. I'd stay here again.

Quick, easy and clean. The online check in process was extremely easy. I liked being able to bypass the front desk and go directly to my door and input the code that was texted to me. The room rate was very reasonable for a Thursday during Mardi Gras season. My room was clean and tidy. Amenities were fine, I am pretty low maintenance when it comes to that either way. There was some noise from St. Charles, but like I said, it's Mardi Gras in New Orleans so don't expect deep space silence. Would absolutely come back.

Don’t book this place. Likes: Nothing. No cleaning, mold in the bath tub, lamps didn’t work, heater didn’t work, we even had to buy toilet paper… Location was good though. I would NOT recommend this place Dislikes: The location

Where is Kevin??? The hotel was nice, but we REALLY missed seeing Kevin when we arrived this time. He was the best representative of the hotel and much of the reason we keep coming back. Kevin always made us feel at home when we checked in and without him, it's just another bed and a shower in our favorite city.

Likes: Almost everything. Very nice room, comfortable bed, great water pressure, plenty of hot water. View from windows. Classy decor throughout. No problems with HVAC control. Did not use TV. Good pillows, Great towels! Dislikes: Bath tub drains poorly, slow. Heat fan makes considerable noise. On-site steak house quite pricey. Could use second bedside lamp. Did not like flavor of in-room coffee. Robe would be nice. Could use a second suitcase stand.

New Orleans 2nd time staying at this property. New Orleans vibe and somewhat convenient to Canal St, French Quarter restaurants and shopping. Decent walk or quick uber ride to most. Make sure you complete your online check in prior to arrival! Also register your vehicle and pay for parking in advance. They eliminated the valet service so it’s self park a few blocks away. It’s hybrid self serve minimal human interaction experience. That’s ok if you are able to navigate in that environment. The only recommendation is our bathroom definitely needed some TLC.

Likes: The location and price were good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Dislikes: The bathroom was a bit run down - there were rusty and black spots on the tiling and grout. The plug in the bathtub drain didn't completely work.
