While the hotel itself is charming, clean, and conveniently located, I would warn anyone who decides to stay here about the parking situation. Once Kasa takes you off of Airbnb and starts communicating with you through their app / website, they describe the $46 a night parking facility as a garage on their property, which would indicate an actual building, and for that price, should have controlled entry and exit, some sort of security, etc. It has none of those things. In fact, it is a dilapidated, filthy parking lot that is two blocks away from the hotel, with no gate and no security at all.
