Great deal if you shop ahead. Hotel is older, but well maintained. The room was perfect for our needs, except the air conditioner didn't cool as well as we would've hoped for. The other thing to consider, is that the parking is ($42/per night I think) extra which I'm not sure if I read anywhere when I booked, but keeping your vehicle secure is worth the extra cash. All in all though, a great stay. The staff was courteous and recommended a few places for us to visit. Which we ended up doing for dinner, walked there in about 5 minutes. Room was facing the street and it still was quiet enough to sleep comfortably.
