Great stay. Great price. Extremely clean. Couch wasn’t the most comfortable with the arm rests but it’s not the end of the world and the bed was a bit squeaky whenever you moved but other than that it was a wonderful place to stay. Great communication and easy to use tech for entering building and unit. Perfect location. I would definitely book with Kasa again.

Great location downtown. I stayed here for an early morning flight. You can park next door for free if you leave before 7am. I will absolutely check for availability on future visits to TC

A great place to stay in Traverse City. The set up with a full kitchen with utensils and dishwasher would be great for longer term stays. Not getting the building and door codes until a half hour before check in was a bit worrisome. The bedroom has no folding rack for a suitcase or a dresser but it does have a spacious closet with plentiful hangers. A short video showing the virtual check in process would have been helpful for those who are not familiar with one as detailed as theirs. The parking across the alley is by permit only so be aware. Just across State St is a municipal lot where you can pay through the Park Mobile app at a very moderate cost.

The stay was nice for being downtown. The parking was frustrating, so I should have looked at other reviews before realizing when we got there. The apartment was clean except for the shower. It had some red bacteria growth along the bottom edges of the shower. Everything else was as expected. The house keeper was also very kind. She knocked at 10:55 am, I answered saying sorry and that we were almost ready, and she was understanding and told us to take our time. Overall a fine stay downtown.

Likes: It was clean (but sterile) Dislikes: 1. Check in process was horrible, by far the worst I have ever experienced. 2. The place is in an alley, no ambiance 3. We weren't informed that there is construction ongoing that begins at 645 am 4.Shame on booking.com and Kasa for not informing us of the $20 'upcharge' 5. On top of this they had the audacity to ask us to help them out by staying around to run water during a city sewer project.

This was a pristine space with everything I needed inside and out. Host was very accommodating when I booked the wrong date initially (Which I very much appreciated!). Parking was a hassle but was clearly spelled out in the listing. Easily walkable to downtown. Would definitely stay here again.
