Are the rooms aesthetically pleasing? Yes, they’re quite beautiful - and besides my duvet being on inside out, (?) with some blemishes on it, (which made me think that the cleaners just flip it in between guests) the bed was comfortable and the suite is super spacious and felt 90% clean. The good stuff unfortunately, stops there. The walls are so thin that I’ve been hearing the gentleman‘s conversation in the room next to me as if i was the one he was talking to. His voice was not raised, actually I could tell he was probably talking in a medium to low tone at that- so not only is there zero privacy, it’s a little uncomfortable hearing your neighbors every move. I could quite literally hear him breathing and knew what show he had on the television. If not next to you, then you can hear people above you stomping around in their unit or condo whatever they are. I’m writing this before I attempt to fall asleep, I can only imagine if I had a rowdier or larger group next-door …. They should really provide earplugs in each unit and remove the TVs altogether If they are not going to fix the paper thin walls. I stayed at this micro hotel out of sheer necessity, as there’s not much in the area. If I had more choice, I would not be here. Customer service is obviously nonexistent - everything is done digitally behind a screen in a different state. In fairness, I only paid $130 to stay here, however, I will always pay much more for a good nights sleep, and a quiet room.
