I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay really missed the mark.
From day one, the elevators were broken upon arrival. Even the front desk staff mentioned that the property management company, KASA, has been difficult to work with. As someone recovering from major surgery, it was extremely challenging to navigate multiple buildings—especially since there was no prior notice about the elevator outage.
The thermostat was preset and could not be adjusted, leaving the room consistently hot (around 76°F). I woke up uncomfortable every morning.
We also encountered two live cockroaches in the unit, which we reported immediately.
Given these issues, we requested a refund, but were only offered $75, which felt inadequate considering the circumstances.
To add to the frustration, my husband left behind a sweater. We were told it would cost $60 to ship it back, filled out the required forms, and then didn’t hear back for several days.
Overall, this stay did not meet expectations.
