Four stars. Kasa is a great stay, great location with a clean space and incredible views. It is walkable up to a mile to mostly every attraction - i think that’s where the heavy cost to stay comes into play. I enjoyed the waterfront views and access to the running/walking/biking trail in a two block walk. Suggestions: - No brita filter if that’s your thing. Strangely enough, tap tastes good here. - no gym or pool pictures on listing but go to booking.com for Kasa and you’ll find them - it’s so nice and fully equipped to get the job done. Setbacks: - Kasa does not restock any items during your visit. Therefore, guests must purchase outwardly. For example, I had a week long stay with another female but only one roll of toilet paper. Bought a 4pk but didn’t use it all so it was a little inconvenient. They didn’t think of the guest accommodations ahead. So if you have a longer stay, inform them to stock up on things you’ll need. - I received a noise complaint and called to debunk it, asking for details so I could actively correct any mistake. The Kasa representative had no info on the matter and said they would follow-up on details. I never received a followup text, call, or email. This hindered trust in customer service and made me as a guest self conscious of my stay.

Beautiful location, central to everything in Austin. The room was really clean and the balcony is a nice touch. View from room 1401 was amazing, would definitely stay here again!

Location is great but the overall check in process is very convoluted and cumbersome. The property is in an apartment building and Kasa does not have any representation on property. When I checked in, I noticed the parking pass was not present. I contacted Kasa and they said they would contact the onsite manager for assistance. They called back to say they did not have anyone on site but they would have someone drop of a parking pass the following day. This promise was made for 3 days. I ended up paying $48 a day to park. Customer service said they would promptly refund the $144 dollars for for 3 days of parking but this has still not happened. The overall condition included mold on the shower curtain, the bath tub drain was plugged and I had to unclog myself in order to use. The place desperately needs a fresh coat of paint. I would not book again.

Great location, clean atmosphere, easy virtual check-in/out. We really enjoyed the Kasa experience.

First time staying in a property like this, and while I would do it again for business travel, and perhaps family vacations (there are 5 of us) I likley wouldn't do it as a "wife get away" option again. The building was great, but the apartment itself was super basic. I don't really understand the small TVs in the living area or bedroom (TVs are cheap y'all). The walls were dirty and marked up (could definitely use a coat of paint) and we found hairs in the bathtub. All, in all it was fine, but with a little more care and a few better amenities it could be super nice.

The location was perfect near the Congress bridge and many restaurants and lounges to enjoy. The property was very clean and the pool and workout gym was a bonus! Amazing views and very safe.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The building was in a great location, walkable to everything and the amenities were first class! Our unit had a great layout and amazing views! The staff of Kasa was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay with Kasa on our next visit to Austin!

trash towels. Looks like they clean the floor with the bath towels. Dirty shower with hair. sheets are horrible.

Always stay here while in austin

Great location convenient for walking to dining, shopping and entertainment. Only drawback was a bit of construction noise during the second day of our stay.

It was in poor condition needs to be updated. I sent several photos to their company to let them know so that another guest will not have the same bad experience.

The apartment was ample and sunny. It could use a new shower but everything else was excellent

We had a really great time during our stay. The parking was an issue but definitely didn't take away from the experience.

We were blown away by our Kasa! Clean, spacious, stylish, perfect location, and well priced! We can’t wait to come back and choose Kasa for our next stay!

Loved the condo, but there were a few concerns. Bathroom light and ceiling lights would not work. Dirty shower curtain. Wall paint could use some updating.

Kasa Austin 2nd Street is an excellent property. Nice big apartments with excellent amenities. Our balcony overlooking the Colorado river was an excellent place to drink coffee in the mornings or cocktails before going out in the evenings. Located right next door to the ACL Moody Theater, so it's the perfect place to stay if you are catching shows there.

Great location!

This place was perfect!!!! I only planned and booked the trip less than two weeks prior. I was taking the kids to their first concert - Kiss - and made it into a little mini vacation. I had no idea how lucky I was to get accommodations as the Austin City Limits festival was occurring the coming weekend (I booked Wed-Sat).I purposefully wanted a place that was located where my kids would be able to safely explore. I couldn’t have chosen better. The building is secure. Because it’s 3 girls and one boy we usually have to get two separate hotel rooms .The apartment was exactly what we needed. Two separate bedrooms, two baths, and a sofa that turned into a queen bed if needed. My godson is in a wheelchair and it was easy for him to maneuver around. We had a great view of the city from the balcony too! Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The instructions were crystal clear and perfectly detailed. Communication with Kasa was easy. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Clean, central and with great amenities.

Great location, friendly people in the building, loved my balcony... used the kitchen, etc. My only complaint was that the closet had no lighting. The light bulb must have been out and I am really not used to concrete ceilings and floors, but got used to it easily. It was a nice space and I felt very comfortable. Thank you

Parking and lack of follow thorough on site was frustrating to get the missing parking tag. Was easy to call and text Kasa customer service.

No one available to talk with about key drop location. It’s located in the parking garage. How do you know that? Please create map or diagram to help others. I love the apartment. Very nice and love the view. I’m please but maybe a number to call would help.

The balcony view was incredible! There were 2 long hairs in the master sink but otherwise extremely clean

I had a great stay at this property and have zero complaints. This might have been one of my favorite Airbnb experiences because of the clarity, ease and overall value. Kasa is pro and the property was great…even some of the construction or cleaning projects that were happening in or around the property were communicated quickly and not overly disruptive to my stay. 5 start stay! Highly recommend.

Had a great stay here - the location is perfect and the unit is beautiful. I had a view over the river and couldn't ask for more!

Loved staying at this Kasa! My team all stayed there for a work trip and we truly enjoyed being able to walk to almost everything we needed (grocery store, restaurants, etc). Loved having a pool, a well-fitted gym, and well-designed communal space. Will definitely be back!
