This Airbnb was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Clean. INCREDIBLE views of the city! The bed was so comfy! So thankful for this cozy, fancy space that I got to stay in. Close to everything! A starbucks 1 block away! Restaurants all around. Thank you!!

Nice location and very safe. Room walls were dirty and they were obviously remodeling the 19th floor, but the room was comfortable and clean.

The furniture was downright filthy looking. It looks like someone left a huge pee spot in the middle of the sofa. The two chairs were very dirty

I had a little trouble checking in but I call the help number and immediately got assistance. Overall a great stay. Beautiful apartment and very clean. One of the best areas to stay in Austin.

We enjoyed our stay. We appreciate the portal with check in, check out, and stay instructions. The location was in the heart of downtown which made it easy to commute to local attractions. The photos in the listing didn’t match the apartment though. We specifically booked the unit because the patio table and chairs were larger in the photo. I have a birthday breakfast and dinner planned. When I arrived I was disappointed, I had to changed my plans. Also the towels in the bathroom had a mildew smell and were not soft at all. The TV in the bedroom wasn’t a Smart TV nor did it have cable. The QR code on the keycard is very hard to use. Does not scan easily, we found ourselves having to ride the elevator until we could get it to scan. Unit was a bit noisy at night, a lot of sounds, made my dog a bit jumpy. Kind of made me a bit jumpy as well; very spooky bumps in the night. Didn’t really sound like neighbors. Other than those things the unit and building were good. I liked the furniture, kitchen, and location of the unit to the elevator. I would be interested in booking with Kasa in the future. Hopefully I would get the unit advertised.

Great view of the city and in a great location!

Kasa Austin is Awesome! My stay at Kasa Austin was really excellent. The ammenities made for a comfortable stay while away from home. The location made for a convenient stroll to see many restaurants, hiking trails, and shops in the downtown area. Beautiful views over the Colorado River. I did feel the need to do some cleaning when I first arrived, partly because Covid is a factor right now, but also, it needed a little help to make me feel comfortable to settle in. It was my first time staying anywhere other than a standard hotel, so I had my reservations about how the whole process would go, but overall, it exceeded my expectations and I would stay here again.

The view was spectacular. Amazing place, amazing location!

Great place. The unit was very dated, though. The communication between the property management and us was excellent. Very clear instructions on how to access rhe various areas.

Great location and a great price point. A very secure building with plenty of great restaurants, bars and shopping near by. The apartment's view of the river was an added bonus! I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Views, Cozy Space

I enjoyed the accommodations. The place was modern, conveniently located, and instructions were communicated well. The patio is also really roomy and has a pretty view of town lake.

Great location and view of the river

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with Airbnb. I showed up to a completely empty apartment that didn’t even have a lock on the door. You could literally see through the holes into the apartment. After being placed on hold for 45 minutes one of “Kasa’s” employees let me know that they would be transferring me to a different unit but that they did not have the access code to get into the new unit. After waiting another hour I was finally given the code to get into the apartment. When I got into THAT unit nothing had been cleaned, the bed was completely stripped with no bedding on it, towels were dirty and on the floor in the bathroom and there was no shower curtain at all. After all of this they refunded me a total of $168 out of $1008 that I had paid for the booking. I hate leaving any sort of negative feeback publicly and usually just leave it in the private message section here but this was pretty wild on all fronts. I would highly reccomend NOT booking through Kasa.

The location was great. But the condition of the property was dirty. The sofa was stained and the white walls were dirty. No working light in the closet and no working exhaust in the bathroom. The fixtures in the bathroom were rusty.

Great industrial style luxury, walking distance from everything cool and delicious. Detailed check in procedure, but the instructions from the virtual check gave a perfect, step by step way of descibing everything.

Comfortable but can be improved We loved the location of this property! The unit was large and comfortable with good size bedrooms, living room, closets and bathrooms. It has a very basic and simple decoration. Due to very light shades in the bedrooms, I couldn’t sleep well with the downtown lights coming through. It will be great if they change the shades to blackout or add curtains. There is room for improvements but overall we enjoyed it.

I had never heard of Kasa, but I am glad I found this place. Half the cost of nearby hotels and double the amenities! This place is a few blocks from where I work so it's a perfect place to retreat to, or to host family or business associates. Highly Recommended!!

So I am not one to leave really negative reviews in general, I am no a very picky person but this time I must. First of all, the check in process is lengthy and frustrating. The parking process is not fun. You have to follow the instructions thoroughly and I had to even call the property to clarify the instructions. Once I got clarification, I went upstairs to get the parking key to park the car in a non-towing spot in the garage. I went up at 2:45PM (check in is at 3PM). I entered the apartment with my code and the apartment was a mess! Nothing was cleaned, dishes were piled, towels on the floor. This was 15 minutes before check in so I was extremely confused as to how they would clean all this in 15 mins. I eventually realized that the apartment was not cleaned and no one took care of it from the previous guests. I was extremely upset as we had a somewhat of a long and tiring trip and waited to check in at 3. We had plans and we had to delay everything because of this. I called the property once again and complained. They obviously were not sure why the room was not cleaned and ended up contacting the cleaning manager to take care of this. We checked in at 3:40PM. This was very disappointing, especially during COVID times when you know maintenance may be rushing possibly to clean and what if something isn't cleaned thoroughly? The property refunded me the cleaning fee. The shower had a very weak stream. Otherwise, good location and spacious apartment.

review carefully For long stays without a car, I’d stay here if working downtown. This was not a hotel experience. You’re on your own to follow the directions to check yourself, luggage, and correctly park. The property is a bit beat up and has downtown traffic, water piping and people noise. The freezer stunk of fish but once I dumped the ice it got better. There’s no turndown I’m guessing since extra towels couldn’t be provided. Odd listing for hotels.com

Disappointed They were testing the fire alarm 4 out of the 8 days of our stay. While I understand this is not their fault and also very necessary, I asked to either let us know when they would be entering the unit(even just a specific day out of the 4 day window) or to inform us of when they had already entered the unit(leave a note that they entered). No one had any information ever.

Great location, very spacious and spare and clean. Great view.

Master bedroom door squeaks and doesn't quite close properly. Our two bedroom suite was under maintenance at the last minute which was disappointing since we all wanted to room together. But countering with the two one bedrooms was pretty good. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Was no told that the workout room was out of service. Room needs a channel list. Very hard to navigate the television Concierge was not knowlegable about things like how all the shared services work like bikes and scooters. Washroom was not properly supplied. Bottle in the shower was empty. Balcony door glass was filthy. Hope this feedback helps.
