A few quirks, like the special arrangements with IDs, taking pictures of my licence plate, using a punch in code to log into the room. This may not be a big deal for younger travelers. I found it a little bit of extra work just to get in to my room. May not bother some travelers.

I had a great stay. Guild is doing something quite a bit different from a standard hotel with their automated process. Very close to everything downtown/the capital has going on.

Very nice! Everything was great. It's a bit noisy if you need sleep. You can hear everything happening on the streets. Process for booking can be a challenge if you are booking for other people (assistant was booking for employees for a work trip).

Spacious, Comfy Apartment Really nice apartment-style digs in a residential building. There's not a traditional concierge or check-in desk as you'd expect in a traditional hotel, but the service team was easily available by text or call for anything I needed (questions about check out, activities, etc.). It was really nice having a balcony overlooking the city. Definitely recommend staying here if you're in Austin for more than one night and want a little piece of home.

Chic, Modern & SPACE! The Guild was easy to find and had parking on site which was great. I will say the codes confused me a bit as there are multiple codes. One to get in the building, one for your room and a fob to use for the elevator and gym. I wasn't use to this process but the team was quick to help me, the customer service was great and the room was above and beyond! Very cute, modern and spacious!

Great Location, The instructions were very clear. The place was very clean and located in a good area. We walked to sixth street. Would definitely stay here again.

Business Trip This place was so cool! It was very spacious, had a great view. The location was amazing and it was VERY clean. My favorite part was there is a record player!!! There was a huge closet and an iron and ironing board for me to iron my dress for an event I attended at the capitol.

Remember it's self catering Check was a mess, codes would not work. Staff were very helpful to get me in, u was lucky they were there as staff leave at 8 Rooms and views are amazing, I was unaware it was self catering but would stay again

Perfect! My stay was great! Gorgeous room and lovely fitness center. The front desk was helpful when I needed to store bags and the communication was fantastic when checking in. So Simple. Thanks!

Very good value for the area. Not luxury but clean, spacious , able to walk to most tourist areas. We didnt realize the requirements for showing ID ahead of time. Thwre was some challenge with our non-American ID and since not a hotel had to provide electronic copy of passports before arrival to unknown entity...

Check in was a little confusing.. navigating the parking garage, call box, taking an elevator to the lobby to then just take it up was a little odd. Also, I couldn't figure out how to turn on the cable or local channels. Just some strange channels talking about "gaming". I ended up using the Hulu however I'm pretty sure it was logged into the previous person's account..

It was easy to get to my room, I was simply given the code via text. The room had great amenities and was basically a small one bed apartment. Only down side was the curtains still let quite a big of light in and one of our neighbors was also plying music too loud so we could hear the bass all night even at 8am which was very annoying.

This is a condo rental inside an apartment building. Unlike any other expedia rental i have experienced. Text messages directly from the property with check-in instructions led were incorrect, twice. I received 3 different addresses; walked 8 blocks around downtown Austin at 11:00 PM trying to find the actual property. Once in the building, my code didn't work (probably bc i got 3 different codes with the addresses) so i couldn't choose my floor on the elevator until a full-time resident took pity and used his key fob to activate. It's downtown so there's lots of city lights which is fine, until you're trying to sleep and the see-through shades let a lot of light through.

Good location near many of Austin's downtown eateries and bars. The Guild was clean and fairly easy to navigate. The rooms were utilitarian in nature but comfortable for what was there.

Price shop vs hotels to realize value. Stayed for four nights at the Guild Center location on 3rd street. As this isn’t a hotel having their lobby manager offer to help us was kind but directions were clear for self arrival. The comfort in the space with kitchen and full laundry in the unit are a bonus on holiday. Pool space on floor 5 is lovely as well. They held our luggage on our last day. Easy walk to river, groceries, coffee shop, and library.

Great location for Austin! Greeted by Kelly when we arrived who was super nice and helpful! Pool and gym nice. Plenty of space for 2 couples!! Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms. The only cons: no body cream in the bathroom. We will definitely recommend staying at Guild Properties to all our friends!

Lovely stay! Great location with water view and short walk to many great attractions. Beautiful apartment with everything one might need, from toaster to washer/dryer, extra towels, comfortable bed and huge bathroom. Little details, such as creamers and sugars, make-up remover pads and chilled beer glasses, were not spared. Would highly recommend!

Great property, awful check in. There is no early check in. They said check in is at 3. The room wasnt ready until 4. This is terrible for the amount of money i payed to stay here for a night.

This is the Title of my Review Beautiful "room". Basically the hotel company rents apartments in a nice building then sells them to you one night at a time. Check-in/out was mildly confusing because there's not really a front desk, but you'll figure it out. Right near 6th Street and there's a Farmers market across the street on Saturdays. Great area and the view from the room was gorgeous. Definitely recommend. Go to Fixe down the street for dinner.

The property was in great condition, clean and spacious and the location was excellent but check-in did not go well. Was told I might be able to do an early check-in, not guaranteed but was told that check in would be at 3pm regardless. Lady at the front desk told us that we wouldn't be able to check in until 3:30pm, which wasn't too much of a problem. I texted them at 5pm and the room still wasn't ready because of housekeeping. They finally texted back around 6pm and told me that it was ready, 3 hours later!! Honestly this is unacceptable and not worth the money. They should have been better organized and had everything ready by the time they said they would. Very disappointed.
