This apartment hotel was a terrible experience. First of all, the key pickup process was extremely inconvenient—you need to go into the reserved room to get the key just to enter the parking lot, which is very poorly designed. As soon as I entered the room, I was hit by a strong musty odor. The facilities were old and broken, the lighting was dim, and the balcony was overgrown with weeds and had standing water. The bedding also had a strange and nauseating smell, which made my skin crawl. I decided to forfeit my two-night booking. Even though I might lose the full payment, I had no choice—I simply couldn’t stay there. I ended up switching to another hotel.
