Good location
Likes: We arrived to a dirty apartment, after waiting for assistance for over an hour to get in- the elevators were broken and stairs to floors were locked. There was old food in the refrigerator, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, floor wasn’t swept or vacuumed. Unsure about the sheets - we were instructed to change them ourselves- it was after hours and staff wasn’t on site. There were rips / holes in the sheets, and no extra pillowcases. The pictures are much nicer than the actual unit. The chairs don’t match, table is not good quality or sturdy, and the blinds were bent and broken …. The customer service team was nice , but unable to do anything to get us in , a resident finally helped. And they sent housekeeping the next day …. We’d already done most of the cleanup work ourselves. It was disappointing and frustrating to arrive to all of this !
These things aside, it was a very good location, convenient with two bedrooms ( note- one is more of a converted large closet with trundle bed- you must climb over someone on the bottom to get out )
If other units are better kept, cleaned, have less broken items and aren’t as worn down, I would still consider staying in these units again.
