Easy to find building. Close to downtown and the freeway, so easy to get around. Loved the option to pay for underground parking. I would not have wanted to park on the street. The building is in an old area which you can tell is undergoing a rejuvenation. I wouldn’t be walking the streets surrounding the building. The building is brand new. Easy to access. Clear instructions. Clean, minimal suite with all the amenities. Easy check out. Loved our stay, will be back!

Beautiful property. The night time zombie crowd is everywhere and I did not feel safe in the area. But the property itself was amazing.

I had an issue with the TV. 6 different attempts to get it fix and they all failed. I was without tv for the entire time...4 days I think. otherwise it was great.

Great apartment - location was fine, felt safe. Could walk to a coffee shop in the morning.

Area around the building is not great, check in process is not easy, television did not work for a day until they sent out a technician, A/C blower could not be shut off.

I always enjoy staying with Kasa! They are always quick to respond to any question I have. Literally my favorite airbnb company.

The apt was very nice, but hard to find (no sign), locked main door, and quite confusing for us non-hip. We were lucky the kind apt manager was helpful. Would not stay there again because of the hassle we had to find the place (at night) and the confusion when we got there.

Fantastic -- would absolutely stay again! Likes: This property exceeded all expectations! It was modern, clean, and beautiful. The balcony, rooftop deck, and underground parking were also big bonuses! Dislikes: We could have used a little more lighting in the living room and bathroom and a dresser to store our clothes.

everything was great except the toilet paper dispenser that falls apart when you try to use it.

We have used Kasa before and found them to provide very clean, well appointed services and amenities. Their communication is great and keeps improving. They always respond to questions within a few minutes. Check in is very easy, complete with pictures. Check out is a breeze.

Pretty disappointed in my stay and do not recommend the Bryn Mawr Kasa. I arrived to dirty sheets, body hair all over and under the covers, body hair all over the bathroom drawers, and dirty blankets that had a stench. I had to do laundry right away. None of my key fobs worked which made it pretty inconvenient moving into a new place. So I had to submit a request my first night. A couple of days into my stay the smoke detector started to chirp in the middle of the night. I attempted to remove the batteries to sleep, but could not stop it from chirping. I submitted a maintenance request, was told they fixed the issue, but a few days later I woke up to more chirping. I had to submit a second maintenance request and they said they could not send anyone out until after the weekend. So I had to deal with the chirping all weekend. On top of all of this, the upstairs neighbor was constantly stomping around until 4am in the morning. If you are a working professional, I do not recommend this stay as I was under the impression that this place was higher end due to the price of my rent. To end my review - my apartment smelled like weed and cigarette smoke persistently. I’m not one to leave a review, but this place is poorly managed and not worth the price. Good luck to all!

This was my second time staying here on business and I love it. So private and the host is great. I love all the amenities. I will definitely be back.

We were there for a concert at Target Field. It was a short 1 mile walk! The four of us felt safe walking to downtown however, if you are alone or a small group, I would advise there are 2 shelters on the route and numerous people on the streets. The apartment building is very quiet and felt safe at all times. Many levels of security to enter and access the building amenities. There is a lovely games rooms, terrace for viewing the city at night (gorgeous), weight room and secure garage parking.

The check in process was a bit confusing. The building is secured and there was a lock box at the elevators that was supposed to help with access, because they have programmed pass keys not actual keys. These pass keys were in the room, but you needed them to access the elevators or parking garage. But once we got help from a gentleman that worked there, we got in our apartment and then got our garage door opener and our keys. The rest of the weekend was great and check out easy too. The area we were located in has road work going on and the surroundings appears urban decay”ish”. But if you do their parking, it’s a secure and clean environment. The units are modern and well furnished. When traveling I don’t stay somewhere for the place I lay my head. I pick it for proximity to what I am doing there and the number of travelers I am with. I would recommend Kasa to anyone. Minneapolis’s weekend of rock was phenomenal and we enjoyed our stay.

Overall great experience. It was a little hard to get into the building but we ended up calling the host who helped us figure it out.

Great place with clear and responsive messaging

Feeling so frustrated and disappointed about my stay at Kasa Bryn Mawr Minneapolis. The rooms, cleanliness, layout for my family, quiet neighborhood close to downtown, customer service was great. Then we realized the a/c was not turning on and our stay went downhill. We checked in late at night so once we woke up in 80 degree rooms we let the Kasa Customer Service team know about the issue. They created a service request that they said would be addressed within 24 hours. They dropped off some box fans that we were able to use once the air outside dropped down from 90 degrees to low 70s at night. The hallway had a/c so we propped our front door open to help during the day which made us feel unsafe. My toddler was sweating in his naps due to how hot it was inside during the day. No one got back to me within 24 hours so I reached out again. They said no one on the maintenance team was working that day but that they would try to find a window a/c unit and bring it to us. By then it was 8pm at night and we were to leave in the morning. In hindsight I should have left immediately and requested a refund but after being assured they would remedy the issue we stayed. The team first offered a $50 credit and then upped it to $170. I dont feel thats enough for having spent $730 total but it seems I have no other options to be helped at this point.

This location was as listed. I went on a girl's weekend and we each had our own bedroom, one king bed and one room with two twins. We had two bathrooms as well. it's noted that the pictures may not match exactly for or your stay, which was the case for us. I felt pretty safe with all the secure codes to get in, including the main door, elevator, and Airbnb room. Within a block there is a quaint and unique coffee shop called Misfits. If looking for a watering hole, there is La Doña Brewery and a distillery next door. Both were delicious. Located with 10 minutes or less of downtown and a quick Uber wherever needed.

We booked the stay directly from the Kasa website and we thought the price was very good for an apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living/kitchen area in one. shared room. The communication with the administration was impeccable and everything was as we had been explained in advance. We ordered parking in the basement car park. We arrived at the apartment and then two tags for doors, remote control for the garage and parking permit were in place in the apartment. We had a few small things that we had to ask about via email, and this was answered and corrected quickly. We had many trips out in all directions and the apartment is centrally located and we could not be happier with the location. Large and easily accessible car park directly below the apartment. We also used the exercise room every day. There were enough treadmills, bicycles, cross trainers and also free weights to be able to carry out a good training session. We had guests twice in the apartment and then we made use of the open areas on the top floor where there was a TV, a large work bench with a fridge in the kitchen area and a seating area out to eat. Large sitting area with gas burner (gas system not working when we were there) with a great view of the downtown Minneapolis Skyline. We left the place very satisfied and we will definitely return if we are staying in Minneapolis. Thank you for having us. Der var det tilstrekkelig med tredemøller sykkel crosstrainer og også frivekter til å kunne gjennomføre en god treningsøkt.Vi hadde gjester to ganger i leiligheten og da benyttet vi oss av friområder i øverste etasje der det var tv stue- stor anretningsbenk med kjøleskap i kjøkkendelen samt sittegruppe ute for spising . Stor sittegruppe med gassbluss(ikke fungerende gassanlegg da vi var der)med super utsikt mot downtown Minneapolis Skyline. Vi forlot stedet svært fornøyd og vi kommer garantert tilbake hvis vi skal bo i Minneapolis. Takk for oss.

The entire building including the unit smelled of marijuana. We couldn’t sleep for two nights because there was loud reverberating base above us. When I went up the second night to ask the person to turn the music down he was very confrontational and made me uncomfortable. We ended up leaving a day early due to lack of sleep and we’re giving no refund as we were told the reservation was nonrefundable.

Had a wonderful stay! Located right outside downtown. I would recommend staying here, and I will stay here next time I’m in Minneapolis!!!

Excellent value! This was like having a small apartment with my daughter for our stay in Minneapolis. So comfortable and we loved it!

The location to downtown is great. We loved the living room space to hang out with our family. The balcony is nice. As o Likes: The apartment is very nice, well laid out and very functional. Love that we could bring our Frenchie! Dislikes: The neighborhood is still transforming. We felt very comfortable but others might find it too industrial and under developed. The central AC was not working. The company did bring in a window units and two large box fans but the back bedroom never cooled well over the weekend.

It was a good stay and we were comfortable, but there was a smell of marijuana through the hallways and in the elevator which seeped into our room so we didn’t appreciate that smell.

Terrible terrible terrible! Needs to be cleaner

Great condo, very nice and secured ! We had a hard time to first time get access to the building but after that it was a breeze to get in and out. I totally recommend paying for parking inside the building garage to avoid any accidents or break ins during the night. If you are traveling with a large SUV's with roof carrier or truck just be careful to maneuver inside the garage to the reserved KASA parking spots, not many fitted the large cars due to max ceiling height of 8'. The area was easy access to interstate and super close to Target Field if you are planning to catch a Twins game while in town. The unit we stayed was near exit door, super easy to get our pup in and out for potty breaks and walks. The white noise/sound clock was very helpful at night, all bedrooms had very clean linens and towels, we were very happy with our stay.

Id book with Kasa again.

Convenient,clean and spacious

The unit was very nice but the neighborhood was bad. We called Kasa but they told us to call Air BnB. They said we need to call Kasa. When speaking to them I told them we did not feel safe, Kasa just told us that they have a strict cancellation policy. When you have a guest who witnessed a crime a feels unsafe you do not make it difficult to cancel. This is terrible customer service! It took us calling the Air BnB emergency support line to get any help. We decided to leave for our safety. Thankfully Air BnB did help us out and did get a refund and cancellation processed. I would advise Kasa to review their policies. I will not book with them again!!!

Nice apartment. I liked the balcony. The location was ok, kind of out of the way but close to downtown. Check in was a bit like a scavenger hunt it felt like, lots of steps to get inside, but clear instructions on how to do so.

After pulling up to abandoned building we finally found the right place 2 blocks away. We were given a parking pass and electronic security keys for attached parking garage. We noticed the air was broke and they responded the next day that it was finished. After we return the air was still down for more than 4 hours on the smart thermostat, the apartment was broken into and all of our luggage had been gone through, they didnt respond for 4 hours, we stay by the doors locked, woke up to leave a day early because of the whole situation and we still got towed and paid $300 dollars because their pass “isn’t quite visible” cedar towing and auction (fyi). Will never refer a Kasa home in any matter after the way this situation was handled.

clean quiet and no roaches

No issues with location- building took necessary precautions on keeping all tenants safe. Very clear (even tho they were long) instructions on how to get in. Once you get your key in your room it’s much more simple. Beautiful parks just a mile or so away, and the best coffee (misfit) within walkable distance. Beds provide a wonderful nights rest and the private balcony is fantastic! Comfy and cute location, would totally stay again.
