Nice place, reasonable price, but, man, Kasa really pushes communication and it's outside of the AirBnB app. Getting in the first time was like an escape room. I didn't need dozens of texts and emails welcoming me, offering help, etc., and while a couple were helpful, I was so inundated that the few with actual needed details got buried (and codes and instructions are not available in the AirBnB app - you're forced to use Kasa's interface).
Most annoyingly, the Kasa site would absolutely not retain my parking registration, and I was constantly prompted to register if I hadn't already (I had, multiple times). I eventually contacted support since I was afraid of getting towed, and they were not immediately available. It feels like Kasa wants to track its own users/customers through its own service, but their admin and structure are bad enough that it complicates even the simplest things. It was enough of a hassle that I'll think twice before booking another Kasa location.
