A very comfortable room with a great environment and quietness. Recommended to everyone!!!!

The place was great and the check in instructions were very clear and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here and it was in the heart of downtown and the host was absolutely amazing would most definitely book a trip with them again

Very communicative, amazing host

limpio y comodo

This 2-bdrm was at a reasonable price point and exactly what we needed to recover and relax. Parking was available in the ramp for a fee, otherwise street parking was also available. Instructions to access the unit were very thorough. It's situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet near local shops and entertainment if preferred. I would stay here again if given the opportunity.

I really did like this place! I was a bit nervous for the self check in and virtual desk but instructions were very simple to follow and they always answered my questions really quick! My family and I would definitely stay here again and get to explore the area a bit more.

I am very happy with the choice of staying here. It is extremely clean and looks like a new apartment. The washer and dryer are a great feature for staying on longer stays. The price was no more than staying in a decent hotel. I bought the parking space. You probably could get by with street parking but I was very happy I was in the parking garage. On arrival you will receive a message or email with extremely detailed instructions and codes for the front door of the building and the elevator. If you follow the instructions exactly as written you should be in good shape. You have to use front door codes to get in building. Then use the elevator code to get to your apartment door. You then use your door code to get into your apartment. As you walk into the apartment hanging on the wall on lanyards are 2 FOBs to enter the building from outside and from parking garage. It also enables the elevator all without using codes. You still use the code to open your apartment door. Also you will have a gdo remote transmitter to enter the parking garage and a card to put on the dash of your car. At this point everything is perfectly easy. It is a good system. The apartment was quiet. It is 15 minutes from university of Minnesota campus. If we stay in Minneapolis in the future I will certainly stay here if it is available.

It’s easy to be a good host when everything goes right. We arrived to find a broken call box that is used for access to the property. The 24x7 staff were responsive and helpful. Due to the late hour (1:30-2:00AM) we were quickly approved for a hotel for the night. By the next morning the local repair staff had things ironed out. The property is beautiful. Things are well laid out. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Amazing communication from the hosts. Clear check in instructions. The bed is very comfortable.

Very nice spot would book again

Great stay close to downtown. Apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Highly recommend! Host was very friendly and helpful. Location was great and premises were pristine and beautiful.

Loved their place and their understanding when I left with their garage door opener!!!
