Beautiful spot for an Airbnb. had good instructions on how to get in and navigate getting to the rental. The space had great amenities with big windows for some awesome natural light. The only issue we had was that the twin beds were uncomfortable.

Very clean and cozy. Had everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Best experience thus far,everything was great,as a single woman safety is important and I will say not only did I feel safe everything was clean and comfy, will definitely rebook.

We came up to the The Cities for parents' weekend for University of Minnesota. The AirBnb was exactly as described. Clean, well lit, fairly easy to find. The checkin was kind of new to me, completely automated. I was a little apprehensive, given the instructions, but I was able to figure everything out(entry code, elevator fob, door security, garage). The AirBnb is about 15 min drive from the Twin Cities campus of Univ. of MN. The only drawback(and I have read in other reviews) is that there are no coffee shops or restaurants within walking distance, but we spent so much time near the campus that it wasn't a problem for us. Full kitchen. My wife made Russian blinchikis on the stove, so I know someone could stay there for a temporary contract job for weeks or months. Full kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, tea kettlle. King size bed was very comfortable. There is a washer/dryer if you need to wash clothes. Cheaper than local hotels! Nice place.

We stayed here for 2 nights and we loved the location, close enough to everything we wanted to do and the host was very responsive at all hours of the day and night. Would 100% stay here again if I’m back in town.

Great location, clean place but no internet or tv. We were in town for football and we had to watch on our phone.

Likes: Spacious, clean (but see below) Dislikes: At 4:07 (so after check in time, and after we had arrived) I received a text notifying me that despite an earlier message indicating otherwise, the apartment wasn’t ready because it was still being cleaned. By this time we had already encountered the cleaner when we tried to get in. We had to wait 20 mins.

Likes: The location was a plus we were 6 mins from the stadium, like 12 to 15 mins from the mall of america, not far from dwntown at all, we were close to what we were looking to do while there. Thank God we had a rental last min bc uber was expensive for a 10 min ride!! We paid for parking instead of leaving our car on side of the road, we did see a tow truck getting sumones car so be mindful of that if u have a vehicle. We had the basic essentials to cook a meal, the icemaker was wonderful for my stanley!! Lol!! Overall we enjoyed it. Dislikes: The only 3 things I can think of that I was like I didn't like was no TV in the bdrm. When we arrived we were tired n wanted to relax n watch TV and it wasn't one in the bdrm. The 2nd thing was we got a txt about noise n we were watching the game. Of course we're yelling !!! Duh but I found it funny bc 219 had music so loud u heard it from the stair well coming in, playing half the night n nothing said about it oh n if u want a contact from the weed being smoked that's definitely ur place to go in the hallway!! N the final thing was the bed if u like firm n hard, it's definitely that!! I like soft n memory foam on my bed but hey it is what it is. It's minor to some major to others we made it work, enjoyed our 5 days, and didn't complain!!! Overall it's a nice place to stay!! We would book here again just because of the location and the amenities!!!!

This place was perfect. Close to the city and walkable to everything. Easy check in and the place was clean. Had everything we needed for a nice weekend getaway.

Our stay with Kasa was very pleasant, place was clean, updated, and great location will definitely return!

The stay was great it was just as described very easy instructions very clean and peaceful the location was great close to downtown it had everything you need for a comfortable stay I love that it had a parking garage that lead right up to the apartment by taking the stairs. during our stay we did get a noise notification for excessive noise it came right after my baby was crying there was talking in the room as well and the tv was on but nothing excessive I thought that was strange so I reached out and the host responded right away. There was a woman that walked into our room I’m pretty sure it was housekeeping. I don’t think she knew we still had one day left lol but other than that everything went great! It was perfect and comfortable I would definitely rent this apartment again when I come back to Minneapolis.

The room was amazing ! Amenities were amazing also. Washer dryer, decent bathtub and shower water pressure! The dish washer was amazing also! The best part was the balcony view at the very top of the building ! The balcony apart of my room was very nice also! The neighborhood was very quiet and comfortable as well. Overall 9/10 stay!!!! Would definitely come again. PS the place is very baby friendly as well!

Was overall a good stay. I’d book with them again just not at that location. I think since parking is limited, I couldn’t add another car so my friend parked on the street and got their catalytic converter stolen.

This apartment is nice and clean and can easily fit 4 people. The area around the Airbnb doesn’t have really anything in walking distance but is about a 25 min walk from target field which is nice. Overall good stay

This Airbnb is as advertised, except the building itself is pretty run down. Trash in the hallways, bad smells. When we first got in our unit was broom clean but not overall very clean and it had a very bad smell, like smoke or animal pee. I ran two air cleaners and that helped. It did have a nice patio and the corner unit brought in a nice amount of natural light. Overall, this was a satisfactory Airbnb for an extended stay.

The location was gopd and the apartment was nice. The kitchen has basic supplies (2 pots, 2 skillets, 4 tall glasses, 1 short glass, and 6 mugs, a few plates and bowls). There was one kitchen towel and no dishcloth or sponge. There were pods for the dishwasher. The unit needs additional glasses, some wine glasses, a corkscrew, some mixing bowls, and other items to make it easy to cook. It also needs towel racks in the bathroom, and some grab bars would be helpful. The garage was nice and convenient. It could also use a chest of drawers or a dresser. The washing machine and dryer were nice. The place was clean and it was comfortable. We stayed for 5 nights and managed okay, but it would be difficult to stay there much longer. If you don't plan to cook, it could work well.

A convenient apartment with everything needed for a hassle-free stay

Likes: Inside was fine. Outside we saw car windows smashed and tires flattened on street we parked on. Our car was fine. But it was disheartening to see. Dislikes: Parking on street.

We liked Kasa, but here are the things we had issues with: 1. Lighting in bathroom very poor 2. Top drawer in bathroom broken 3. Would have liked grab bar Im bath tub for seniors. 4. Only one roll of toilet paper

Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the place didn’t have alot of dishes, we didn’t know where to put the trash, the parking garage spaces were hard to park in, and the washer didn’t work, or Grill on rooftop. We enjoyed the roof top most especially at night. They did refund me a portion of my money back for inconvenience. So I gave 4 stars mostly.

Nice size but would not stay here again It was a decent size apartment but I would not stay here again. Pros: This was a good sized apartment for four people to share. Parking felt secure. Check in process was organized. Nice appearance from the outside. Cons: apartment is in a sketchy area. Only one TV in the whole apartment, and we could not get it to connect to WiFi to use Hulu/other streaming apps. There was no diving room table and the bar stools were uncomfortable. The smell of weed is extremely strong in the hallways and in the unit itself. There are no ceiling fans so there’s no airflow in the unit - we all were either hot or cold the whole stay. Everytime we used the stove, the fire alarm went off even when there was nothing burning/no visible smoke. This apartment feels like it was put together with the cheapest furniture possible, and not thinking of guest comfort. If there were ceiling fans, TVs in the bedrooms and more comfortable furniture, then I think this could be a nice place to stay.
