This establishment is terrible with service and communication. When we initially arrived, we did not have a remote for the tv or towels to bathe with. When we inquired about these items they said they couldn’t give them to us until the next day. We asked what we were supposed to do about bathing that night, and they copy and pasted the same message about sending the items the next day. After that, we asked for a blanket for the pull out couch provided with the room (since it listed 3 beds in total including the couch) and they said they also would not send the blanket until the next day. The next day we ran out of toilet paper (as we only had one roll to begin with) and when we inquired about more they sent us all over the building checking the laundry closets on a wild goose chase, to find out that there was no toilet paper on the property. When we called the help number she said they could not bring us any toilet paper and that we’d have to go to store to get some.
