We only stayed one night, and the location is really it's best feature.
The room itself was spacious which was great, I could see it being useful for extended stays in the city since it comes with a full size kitchen. Bed was comfortable.
Checking in is self-serve, so you need to type in a code to get into the property and to get in your room. There only was an attendant during the day time, otherwise I saw no hotel staff.
However, the common areas and the elevators could use some updating. Torn and stained carpets and little knicks on the walls create more of an apartment building feel than a hotel.
Additionally, the rooms need some repair/cleaning. The floors and walls looked like they hadn't been wiped down in some time.
You also have to park off site which can get up to 30 dollars for overnight, not a huge deal unless you are going to stay there multiple nights. I could see this being a less attractive option if you are concerned about parking lots that are open at night.
Great location, but lacking on the details that you'd want with a hotel, feels a lot like an AirBNB.
