Be careful which room you book, and expect to spend all day on the phone to the company
Likes: The second room was much better, like night and day after moving. Clean, proportional bed size, normal water pressure and a clean floor.
Dislikes: I booked a queen studio; but be warned if booking it wasn’t a sized queen bed; not even a full/double, after which lodging a complaint the phone operator told me that if I moved rooms, it would be the same problem as all the “queen beds were the same size” (which wasn’t true), it felt like someone at the company got a discount on showroom mattresses that had no official standard size (see images for scale and actual measurements). This bed wouldn’t fit two children let alone two adults. As a 5,6 woman my feet extended beyond the bed when lying down. After a night and day of calling them and requesting a move to another room, they offered a partial refund and a upgrade, but quote “but the bed is the same size”, which wasn’t the case. In addition to this the lobby, elevators were dirty the room was nothing like described, it was run down and dirty (esp the floor) walking around bare foot was grim and the shelves holding up the shampoo and conditioner fell off the wall when using them. There was no shower pressure either. It felt like I was staying in the worst room in the entire apt complex. The neighborhood is sketchy, lots of homeless people hanging outside the front door and even a weapon scanning machine. I wouldn’t stay again.
