Mixed feelings Likes: It was good to have all the space and you could walk from this location to GM building, Cadillac Square and Greektown. Beds were very comfortable and unit has everything you need for short term stay. Linens were all super clean. Dislikes: The whole place smelled like weed from the moment we arrived. Some super sketchy characters hang around the 7-11 downstairs all hours of the day. Floor in the unit was dirty (clearly has not been washed in a while) and shower would leak water all over the floor whenever you used it and had mould.

Great downtown option! Likes: Loved the location and the full kitchen. Very roomy. Quiet. Felt more like residence not a hotel. Dislikes: Bed was a little low and mattress just OK. Only other furniture was a well-worn bistro table and a couple of chairs that were neither spacious nor especially comfortable.

Very nice place but a couple of misses. The street noise at night is really loud. Additionally, while the listing showed 1 bed and 1 pullout couch, the pullout couch did not include sheets and they couldn’t provide them until the next day. so we had to squeeze into the bed for the first night which was disappointing for what we paid. I thought Kasa would try to make it right because if this but they never offered.

I enjoyed this unit. Not having to deal with a large hotel lobby is a plus. The room was clean, comfortable and stylish! It was close to every where we wanted to go and the 7-11 downstairs was extremely convenient. The female security guards were an absolute delight and we will be returning. Con- we didn’t have a broom in the unit to sweep.

Clean, comfortable rooms with kitchen and washer/dryer. Would be good for a short or long stay. Area is downtown and central but did not feel totally safe. But is a block or two away from a much better area and I am sure it will soon improve. There is a security person in the lobby at night so that was reassuring.

La posizione strategica, parcheggio (a pagamento) proprio accanto alla struttura e supermercato aperto fino a tardi sotto la stessa. Dislikes: Piccolo neo: informazioni sul check inviate con molto ritardo e dopo aver contattato noi la struttura. C’è da compilare un modulo e inviare il documento e serve qualche minuto. Se non arrivano per tempo meglio contattare la struttura prima di arrivare. Una volta Inviateci poi sono state semplicissime.

When we arrived the 3rd bed was not ready for us. Not only not ready, no duvet pillows or sheets. We called the helpline - she had no authority - they wanted my adult daughter to sleep on a sofa bed with no linen, pillows or duvet. Late check-in from the UK - in the end they gave us access to another apartment where we took the bedding. Without permission. There were only two towels for 5 adults. The place is very, very worn out. No love shown to the apartments at all. The second one we saw was even worse. Stains everywhere and ripped rugs. We checked out after 4hrs sleep and went to a hotel. I would never return there. The building is run by a company that are clearly only interested in making money. The 2 beds were comfy and the location was great. If you don’t mind staying in a basic, scruffy, dirty apartment (in places) then this place is fine for you. After 1+ hours on the phone to hosts our issue was not resolved. Airbnb gave us some money back, but not all.

Reservation didn’t even go through with Expedia. Called the day of and the place had none of our information. Received a refund from Expedia and tried to book again directly with Kasa Cadillac and they canceled again (4 hours later) because I put my card information incorrectly. Customer service was not helpful.

Excellent value for money. Smack dab in the heart of downtown Detroit. Completely self sufficient little spot with a large fridge, kitchen, etc... Only qualm is that the street can be super loud at night since you're so central, but they solve for that with a noise machine and ear buds for light sleepers [I used my noise cancelling headphones]. Really can't beat the value for price though... 5/5

Perfect for a weekend getaway to Detroit. There is tons of bars, restaurants, and shopping walkable or a very quick Uber ride. The place was exactly as described. It smelled nice and was very clean. The bed and sheets were very comfortable.

Stay was great, location was perfect. Close to everything. Had some issues with the lock. Reached out the virtual assistant, they had me reset the lock, then someone had to come up and fix it. Took about 39 minutes to get it resolved. That was the only negative part of my experience. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful and spacious studio apartment in the heart of downtown Detroit! Amazing price as well and easy to walk to nearby attractions. The unit was very clean, and the host even provided some water and snacks upon arrival. I will definitely be back when I’m in Detroit again!

Had a fantastic experience staying here in downtown Detroit! The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions for safe and easy entry. The host was incredibly flexible when I needed to make a few changes to my reservation, which made the stay stress-free. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. Beautiful, Cosy, clean and looks like what tou see in the pictures. The host shares sufficient information. The place is right in Downtown, amenities are easy to get to. No parking available, you will have to use street parking or other alternatives

This place is so nice. It feels secure and the security is a nice touch. I would love to rent this space again. The only thing I would’ve have liked is considering how many guests they allow making sure linens are there and ready. But hands down my favorite space I’ve stayed in Detroit.

The stay here was very comfortable and the room was very spacious considering it was a studio. The room and building were very clean and there was always security down in the lobby. Its very central and an easy walk anywhere in the downtown area, right by campus Martius park which always had activities going on. There is a bit of a homeless population around the building but there's a lot of police presence especially at night so I didn't feel uncomfortable going out.

I really liked the location for accessing top sites around the city. There was good security. Nice view of the government building. The unit was nice, clean and spacious . Only thing I did not like was that the street and area is very noisy at night (we stayed for the weekend). Light could come through the blinds and curtains. You can hear cars and their music, people partying, etc. Luckily, we brought earplugs and eye masks so we were ok to sleep. Overall, I would recommend. Good restaurants and coffee shops within a couple of blocks.

I can’t recommend the apartment. The organization managing the apartment is very difficult to reach, they did not provid Likes: The flat was clean and well located in downtown, Dislikes: The check in was very complicated as the email with the code was not sent in time. The organization running the flag is very difficult to reach and provided no help. Also not sufficient bedding was in the flat. And host was not reachable to fix that problem. So the stay was very unpleasant.

Very nice, spacious 2 bedroom apartment right in the heart of downtown Detroit! Three of us stayed here comfortably over a weekend. The location is ideal for restaurants and nightlife and we did not feel unsafe at all walking most places. There is also a 7/11 right downstairs which was super handy! Would stay here again!
