I would use them again 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Room was very nice and up to date. Perfect location downtown. The customer service was excellent

Great experience with Kasa! Clear check in and check out instructions. Beautiful studio with privacy.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Kasa Cadillac Square in Detroit 9-11 August 2024, and it exceeded our expectations in every way! The apartment was modern, clean, and perfectly appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But what truly made our experience stand out was the exceptional service from the Housekeeping Manager, Marshall, and the entire team. Marshall went above and beyond to help us recover a forgotten necklace, showing kindness, hospitality, and dedication to customer satisfaction. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown Detroit's attractions, restaurants, and entertainment. We highly recommend Kasa Cadillac Square for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and unbeatable location. Special thanks to Marshall and entire team for making our stay truly unforgettable! Exceptional service, comfortable stay, and perfect location. Olivier & Paulin

Dislikes: The parking

This place is perfect! Luxury and great location. Definitely a gem.

Amazing

Great Location and easy check-in and out

The place was great, clean, very fictional, It would help with better beds.

Great stay, we felt safe, and very clean. Likes: It was very close to several parking garages. The apartment was spacious and plenty of windows in our corner unit made it feel light and airy. Very clean. Dislikes: The bathroom vanity is well worn and should be updated. The lamp in one of the bedrooms was broken - visibly broken, as the electrical wires were exposed.

Likes: This is my third time visiting a Sonder property in Detroit. The proximity to downtown was well worth it. It was noisy at night, but I did not mind. The security guards were helpful in answering my questions about places to visit, eat, and park. Dislikes: I wish there was more access to parking that is designated strictly for Sonder. I was having a perfect stay until I noticed that the mattress covers were soiled multiple times and had not been changed. This completely ruined my impression of the place. The fitted sheet came off and exposed the dirty mattress cover underneath. I then went to check the other room and found the same issue. I was very disappointed by this, and it may prevent me from using the facility for a 4th time.

Dislikes: Good, functional and clean room but noise from street too loud due to Windows that are not well isolated.

Nice but quality was lacking I felt very safe during my stay and the location was adequate and it was fairly quiet. However, my room was a bit below standard. A bit of mold in the ceiling shower and the quality of the furniture seemed shabby. It was okay for the price, though. For a work trip it was fine, but for personal travel I would have been disappointed. There was always a guard on duty by the elevator on the first floor. They were always friendly, which was nice.

Quiet and looked just like the pics

Convenient location and cute apartment-syle hotel made for a great staycation downtown. Likes: The location is great, very close to the places we like to visit. The area is walkable and has a pretty steady police presence makes it a safe option for us. We like the convenience of having two seperate bedrooms and a liveable space that offers more than a traditional hotel room would. Having glassware and utensils were a huge plus, too. Dislikes: The livingroom could use some work. The rug was very tattered and coming apart on all sides. That’s an inexpensive replacement issue that would instantly make a difference. The mattress on the fold out couch is actually awful. I wasn’t expecting much, but I could not lay on it folded out. I put all the cushions back on the couch and slept on it that way. I did see a few earwigs - not a massive problem, we’re in MIchigan we know bugs co-exist, but there were enough that I would spray or pay attention to it. The TV remote would not work, which was an annoyance, so maybe a battery check more often, if that’s the problem? We were on the 8th floor and the shades did not pull all the way down, which made for a very early, bright morning for me since I couldn’t block out any of the sun.

Pretty sweet Likes: High ceilings, big windows and good open space. Location is good and the bar "Checkers" just across the road is great. View of the city hall building is unreal. Dislikes: The blinds are insufficient, another layer is needed to keep light out in the morning.

Truth Of Sonder!!! Beware Not Clean. Likes: I didn't like this property nor the setup. Dislikes: This was very disgusting to find a condom under the bed!!! I need a total refund .This has been a terrible experience from the beginning which started off $217 then all of a sudden they added $150 dollars I went back and forth trying to get this straightened out.I made my reservation in early June they already took money from my account. This is unacceptable.

Great location, but our studio was filthy, especially the floor. Pretty stark and cold vibe. Parking across the street was convenient but super-busy on the weekend making in and out trying.

Awesome location and great room!

Great room and excellent location

Parking was somewhat of an issue. The guy in lot next door to apartment charged us $50 to park from about 8pm to 10am. Plus we had to pick our daughter up from the airport, so my husband went back to talk to parking guy about getting out of fenced locked area at 10:30. I suppose the added cost of parking in a downtown city should be expected. But it would have been difficult to drop off bags and then park somewhere else. The apartment would be best for someone flying into DTW, then ubering or taxiing around or walking once there.

The location and the place were super nice. My only suggestion would be to put room darkening curtains in the room. You were up at 5:36 in the morning whether you want to or not because the sun just comes glaring in. There is no sleeping in in that room 903

Great location! Very clean with easy parking!

Sonder fail Likes: Very nice place but mucho problems Dislikes: No staff on site. Tv does not work. 45 min trying. Texting. No resolution. Just a waste of my time. Anger. No sheets on pull out bed. Found them but missing pillowcase, flat sheet and duvet cover. No staff on site, so no resolution or help. Texting someone who just apologized and said someone could bring sheets tomorrow. Um, fail. Tv runs on Roku I have Roku at home but your setup was sluggish and did not work and regular tv remote was broken or dead batteries. Also place was dusty 1ply toilet paper. Bed creaked like a gut-shot rooster. Woke me often. Too bad about no staff onsite to help because it's a nice place great view

Room was clean and sufficient for our use. The local scene was entertaining and safe

Super Lage, sicher chic und komfortabel. Jederzeit wieder.

I would love to stay at this place again and give it another chance. What I did not like was that the hallways were filthy the elevators were filthy. The walls were filthy. The floors were filthy. It just seems that the cleanliness is not a priority. However, the location was great. I love the amenities in the unit.

Spacious studio apt. I liked the high ceilings and had a good view outside from my room. I did have to wash the bed sheets because they clearly weren't clean. Found someone's glasses near the bed, so the room wasn't cleaned before my stay. There were lots of finger prints on the TV, and bathroom mirrors, but it was comfortable once I got everything situated.

Great place if you are attending anything in downtown Detroit/GreekTown areas. Likes: The location, entry to the building, all were top tier. The only thing that I would quibble with a bit, is parking. But you are in a big city, so that is everywhere. 10/10 experience, I was nervous to book with a place that only uses key codes, however, there were no issues. Will book with a Sonder property again. Dislikes: N/A

The location was great because you can walk to nearby sightseeing areas and restaurants. I felt safe coming and going by myself and I also used ride shares when traveling farther away. Security was always present, very cordial and helpful. The room looked like the picture however it smelled like someone had a dog there previously. The floors were not very clean and just overall the apartment wasn’t clean as it should have been from the bathroom to the living room. The kitchen table was warped from water damage. Somehow flies were getting into the apt and I couldn’t understand why since no windows were open. If the apartment had been thoroughly cleaned I would rate this place a 10/10.

First time staying at a Sonder property and it was beyond our expectations. Great location & space. Likes: Loves the extra space and amenities the apartment setting provided (washer/dryer, full sized fridge and dishwasher). Great space for our family of four. Although we saw other guests, we never heard them. The location was great too…walking distance to so many great spots. Excellent price! Dislikes: No onsite parking (would be great if Sonder could partner with the lot next door). Although everyone was respectful, there were several panhandlers present near the entrance and on the neighboring streets. Would love to see a tv in the bedroom, storage containers in the shower for personal items, and some sort of charging station for electronic devices.

Great property. Central to dinning options and view of the Wayne County Building amazing to see the sculptures and great architecture designs. Would be 5 but as a previous medical staff hand soap is crucial and the body wash/shampoo/conditioner pumps were all broken. However, the security downstairs was nice enough to get me some hand soap and body wash. Every one nice in the building and the mobile door lock feature a plus. 7 Eleven right downstairs that was a plus and very friendly police officers always outside patrol. My stay was great already recommended to two coworkers to check for Sonders apartment in New York where they will be stay in a few weeks

Sonders in Detroit is located in a great spot near ballparks- baseball and football. The space is clean, fully equipped and just what is needed for a nice stay. I’ve done Los Angeles as well and was very impressed.

Likes: Zentrale Lage in Downtown Detroit. Am Wochenende sehr lebhaft, Shop nebenan, Polizeianwesenheit. Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie Geschirr zum Kochen.

Apartment was clean and comfortable. In a great location to enjoy a renewed Detroit
