Dislikes: the location many young adults gathered outside during late hours of night and were loud and obnoxious - police stood around just watching

Excellent management for an OK place. Management was extremely responsive in communication and a small refund was issued due to several factors that made the stay less than ideal: cleanliness, noise, damaged clothes dryer (gum in machine).

Clean and modern, with simple check in / check out in the app. Friendly attentive security.. Parking next door. I honestly have nothing bad to say about the two times I’ve stayed here.

Great location! The Sonder Randolph was great. So many fantastic restaurants nearby, as well as the food truck lunch park. The staff was great, and we felt very safe. I loved having 7-11 downstairs - and a diner next door. Walk to Greektown, Midway Park or Ford Field! The bed was pretty hard and water pressure soft, but everything was clean and kitchen was stocked well. We would definitely stay again.

June in Detroit The apartment was clean, cozy, and in a perfect location to everything we needed. Security at the building was 24 hours. Codes were easy access. Location close to coffee shops, restaurants, and river walk with view of Canada.

great location, incredibly comfortable and felt like we had everything we needed! Likes: the location was perfect, it was incredibly comfortable and had all the amenities we needed! Dislikes: The only request I have it blackout curtains! everything else was amazing!

Overall great stay, will use Sonder again. Likes: The location was outstanding. Access was easy. Security was always present in the lobby. View was great. Room was spacious for a studio. HVAC worked well. Dislikes: The bed was uncomfortable. There was not enough toilet paper. There could have been more towels. The window coverings were only light filtering, should be light blocking. ROKU was okay, but would be good if you could stream from mobile device to the TV.

Love this place. Can't wait until next year, and we would love to stay here again.

Great location & clean room Loved the room. It was clean and had no issues checking in. Get the app it works well and communicating with the staff member was very easy. My code worked fine as well to get into the building and the room. Its nice not to carry a key. I thought mine was a queen bed but it was a double. So i recommend getting the superior studio for the queen bed as the double can get uncomfortable for a couple. It can get a little crazy at night on a weekend since there is a 7/11 attached to the building. There is a city building across the street as well so there is alot of cop activity there and the 7/11. The 7/11 will get crazy and they will have metal detectors going into the 7/11 on a busy weekend. There are homeless people passed out infront of the 7/11 sometimes and they can get aggressive, but I didn't really have any issues this weekend. There is security inside Sonder and it's nice to have. Elevators worked fine as well. It isn't a normal hotel so response for extra items can take awhile depending on how busy they are. However, they were quick the next day on delivering extra items. It's best to stay on the higher floors. It goes up to 10 floors. We were on the 9th so the crazy street noise isn't too bad. Having a kitchen is great and the city market which is a 4 min walk was very convenient. They are open til 2am every day and they have everything from groceries, convenient needs, liquor, and a deli. You do get the occasional motorcycles and those sporty cars revving it down the steet and it is LOUD. The walls are kinda thin as well and we had a room infront of the elevators so the foot traffic can get loud sometimes depending on what you are there for. The elevator ding goes right through the doors. So if you know you need extra items. Ask for them before checking in. If you are staying for more than 3 days they only give you one extra toilet paper roll. So request for more. 😊 Over all great place and good location in downtown.

Had a great stay during Movement festival in Detroit We had a nice, clean room and appreciated finding stainless cookware. The full kitchen was great and we utilized it. Bed was comfortable and we felt safe in our building. Shower was stocked with quality shampoo and conditioner

All basic needs met! The space was conveniently located downtown and had all of the basic amenities one might need while traveling. The security team was super friendly and made me feel safe. Will definitely stay with Sonder again!

Generally it is very good, very central.

Great location, price, and overall customer experience. Would recommend!

How come you recommended this place? Largest disappointment from Booking, will consider if to use Likes: The location was the only thing reasonable Dislikes: Facility - old Equipment - old. TV didn't work Room - unclean! Bed- uncomfortable Noisy

Fantastic accommodation Likes: The apartment was absolutely lovely--so clean and supplied with everything I could wish for to make my stay easy and comfortable. The windows and view were spectacular. The bed was extremely comfortable, too. I will definitely look for and stay in Sonder hotels in the future! Dislikes: The location was very convenient for the conference I was attending, and most of the time felt perfectly safe, but Friday evening felt less safe. There was a large police presence on the block outside the hotel. I was glad not to have plans to go out that evening.

Great city apartment feel! The place was clean and had a high end city apartment feel. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calm place with self checkout and no fuss. The room I stayed in had all the amenities one would need. I just wish they had more coffee powder.

Clean unit conveniently located in downtown Detroit CLEAN!!! Nice size studio efficiency apartment in a secure building. Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Complimentary body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and coffee were appreciated. The bed was comfy. There were the normal city noises (not overwhelming) and I slept like a log. Totally nitpicking, but a full length mirror and chair height toilet would be nice additions to the unit.

superb apartment, I would definitely recommend Sonder! Likes: super comfortable and clean, loved everything about the apartment Dislikes: the area feels a bit unsafe for a solo female traveller

Third visit. This is my new home away from home. The location is awesome. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary supplies. I would recommend staying here for the long term or short term. This is my third visit and as I said before, this is my new home away from home. I enjoyed the apartment and this time I washed clothes, which made me feel right at home. I plan to stay at their other location to compare.

Loved it! Totally loved it and will always come back. Loved the amenities and the view! I loved how it felt like I was at home. I will recommend this place to my friends and family. Do you give rewards? I l on staying in the near future.

Value + Comfort + Location in the center of Detroit Great accommodations in an ideal location! Easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, & even a jazz club. Loved the light filled living room with a few of iconic Detroit architecture—perfect spot for catching up on work between meetings. And at less than half the cost of a mediocre, generic hotel, an amazing value!

Be aware guys no pool no breakfast but they do have laundry and such amenities

Likes: Limpeza, praticidade Dislikes: Localização é boa mas o em torno apesar de seguro mal frequentado.

Nice room

Great location, stay and amenities The location was great. I liked that there is a secure entrance into the building and your apartment. The bed was a bit low to the ground but very comfortable. The space was big and didn't feel cramped. I liked how the kitchen is stocked with dishes and clean. As well as having the option to clean the linens if you wanted with the access to washer and dryer in room.

A different way to stay As advertised, nice location and view. Many parking options ($) near by. Perfectly functional kitchen. Security guard at the door. Sonders add work great, gives you all the info you need, wifi psw, directions, door key code, virtual check in, etc.

The Wonder of Sonder Beautiful Digs..Bed was a little low but it was pretty comfortable. Area was nice, convenient, walkable .Security in the Lovby at all times. 7-11 literally feet away and the Cadillac Cafe a few yards away as well. Fluffiest pancakes I've ever had

Downtown Detroit 2 night stay Five of us met from different cities and stayed downtown Detroit in 2 apartments, which was a great value for all of us. We all had our own bedroom. Apartments were on high floors with great views and the location was perfect - we were able to walk to Greektown, Coamerica park for baseball and the water front. Our trash was quietly emptied for us aily, the apartments came supplied with all kitchen needs plus washer/dryer.

Great 👍🏻 Comfy clean and new age little apartment with washer dryer and kitchen. 7 eleven at the base was cool to have. Secure with code on exterior door and room. No contact check in. I would recommend. I parked in the lot caddy corner for $10 per 24 hour

Likes: Very personal feel. security guards are very nice and make you feel welcomed and safe. very comfortable and clean. identical to the pictures provided.

The apartment was not clean upon arrival--there were crumbs on the couch and floor. I texted customer service and they told me a cleaner would come the next day. Housekeeping never came--however, on checkout day the cleaner knocked two minutes before checkout to make sure I was leaving. The apartment was superficially clean but there were various small stains throughout the property. At this price point, I expect the property to be clean, and for the customer service to be honest about if someone is going to clean.

Great place in the city The unit was clean and nice. No problems getting in at all. The bathroom shower ceiling needs a repair. But, it was quiet and right downtown. Lots of security. Felt very safe. I would stay here again!

There was a whole in the ceiling which dripped on us. Pillows cases where dingy.

Good stay Likes: Facilities were good Dislikes: Lack of room service. No instructions for how to use coffee machine
