8/10 Very good
Was in Detroit for a work thing at the Renaissance Center. The Randolph was very convenient, but the area can feel unsafe at night. I don't think it necessarily is though.
We had a one bedroom, which was nice. A shelf in the shower is really missing – as is, there was nothing to hang washcloths or put soap/shampoo. We also got not even half a roll of toilet paper for a one-week stay. I know Sonder says they put enough only to get us started, but that was very little.
The carpets and walls in the hallway look stained, and the unit's floor had definitely not been cleaned before we got in.
There is no way to walk up the stairs to units, but we can walk down to the lobby. The elevators are a little slow, but they don't seem to be used that much, so we never waited long at all.
The washer/dryer in the unit is a huge plus! We would stay there again for sure.
