Property was clean, spacious and close to all amenities in the downtown area. There were a few appliances that needed to be replaced, the iron did not work and the tea kettle lid didn't close property. Minor inconveniences, but overall a great stay.

Suite is spacious and got enough amenities and the location is close to all to the attractions downtown

The apartment was fine, but the area was a bit sketchy with homeless people just outside the doors and not generally a safe feeling

I prepaid for parking only to find out the hotel has no parking. So I had to pay again and it still hasn't been refunded to me. They also take a large amount for incidentally which also hasn't been refunded. Their is no early check in and the whole thing was a pain. The rooms themselves were pretty nice and the hotel is in a convenient location.

Unfortunately, we experienced several issues with the room that were disappointing, especially considering the price we paid. To start, they asked us to check in 30 minutes late to ensure cleanliness. Once we showed up we learned it was because a staff cleaner lost her phone and assumed it was in our room. (It wasn’t). So she had to go in ahead of us to find it while we stood there. Next, the windows were extremely dirty and had spider webs, the shower leaked badly onto the bathroom floor during use, and the bed supports appeared to be broken, which made the bed uncomfortable and unstable. At no fault of the hotel, once dusk hit, there were hundreds of people on the streets and at the 711 attached to the building. This happened both nights and we stayed there. By 8 pm there were medal detectors on the streets. One of which was outside the door to the entrance of the hotel. Spent most of our evenings watching the commotion outside. There was an extreme amount of police presence the whole time though. I believe it was precautionary. I highly recommend visiting the city which is beautiful and welcoming during the day only. Night time it turned into another world and I also recommend to leave children at home. It’s just not a family friendly area. I understand that issues can happen, but these problems affected our overall experience and are the reason we likely would not return.

Everything was well about the unit and everything was overall clean. Just wish they had extra covers sheets and pillows close or on standby.

The location itself was horrible, next to the 7 eleven and cops were there everyday. Some guy came in with a pistol in h Likes: It was a cute little apartment for the most part. Dislikes: There was a stain on the curtain as well as the walls. The tile in the bathroom was broken.

Delicious coffee with cream waiting for me every day at the front desk. Very good room, great bed, pillows and linens. Everything was very new and efficient. The washing machine and dryer with detergent available was a plus. Electric curtains, large TV, state-of-the-art refrigerator. Super close to everything, there's a 7-Eleven downstairs which is excellent. Opposite the Checker bar, which I recommend. Congratulations, I highly recommend this accommodation. The TV did not work. We had to purchase toilet paper. Blinds did not work. Noisy neighbourhood. Not terrible but I would not recommend.

Check in is quite a hustle if you’re an international guest and don’t have data romaning. The QR code with wifi at the reception doesn’t work as well as the password mentioned is incorrect. Garage is another building, not in the one next to the apartments. Having physical key or a key card be more comfy than looking each time in the smartphone for the code, especially for those who doesn’t carry a charger or a powebank with them all the time.

Great location for downtown events, although the 7-Eleven next door is a bit sketchy after dark. Great apartment with everything we needed, including blindfolds which are necessary as the apartment is flooded with city light all night.

Dirty room, hair in the shower, stained sheets, noisy air condition and more...

The toilet was not working when we arrived. They don't have maintenance onsite, therefore it took a day to have the issue resolved. The pullout couch is horrible. It was thin and slanted, making it impossible to sleep on. If you have more than two people, plan on at least bringing an air mattress. The location is conveniently located to main attractions.

L’appartement est bruyant, il manque des rideaux opaque aux fenêtres, manque un peu d’amour, le sol était collant, la porte de la douche était défectueuse. I was very disappointed with my stay at this property. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated and there is no reception on site. I was asked to complete a large amount of information that had already been provided when I made the reservation. In addition, there was no secure place to store luggage. We were told to leave our suitcases behind an unlocked door, which did not feel safe at all. The apartment was not properly cleaned when we arrived. I found sheets, towels, a pair of jeans, and a t-shirt still inside the washing machine. The floors were sticky, there was hair throughout the apartment, and the kitchen is in poor condition and needs several repairs. There were three of us staying in the apartment, but only one bed was provided with sheets and blankets. As a result, one of the beds could not be used properly for the first two nights, despite our repeated requests for additional bedding. The mattresses are extremely thin and worn out. They sag significantly, making them very uncomfortable and giving the impression that you are sleeping directly on the wooden frame. The apartment is also minimally equipped. The number of plates, glasses, and pieces of cutlery is barely sufficient, which makes it inconvenient for three guests. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this property.

Lugar es hermoso, pero al llegar encontramos las camas sin vestir, sábanas y almohadas usadas, toallas en la lavadora sin lavar. Pisos sucios y el breaker dejó de funcionar en dos ocasiones. No encontramos papel sanitario. No sacaron la basura. Compramos detergentes para lavar sábanas y toallas, el baño y el piso. Deben contratar una compañía para la limpieza y asegurar que el precio esté a la par del lugar. Pueden mejorar ese aspecto para ser un lugar ideal.

Kasa is a great company to work with. I love their team. This location is perfect for getting to stadiums. The police outside made it feel a little less safe for families.

Cute room and great location, but the service was unbelievably bad. We checked in at 4pm and walked into a completely dirty room from the previous guests — unmade dirty bed, dirty dishes, disgusting bathroom, and no clean towels. We called twice and were promised someone would fix it right away, but after leaving for a concert and returning at midnight, the room was still untouched. Their only solution was a refund ONLY if we left, knowing we had nowhere else to go and couldn’t book another hotel because we’re under 21 and due to the concert, hotels around the area were all booked. We left as they could not provide the bare minimum being clean towels and bedding. Completely unacceptable. Worst hotel experience I've had, we were basically forced to leave with no where to go. I have more pictures but here is the unmade bed with the dirty sheets on the window. Funny enough, the lady on the phone said this has happened before. I wouldn't stay here again and don't want this to happen anyone else so I wouldn't recommend you stay either.

Was easy and nice

Do Not Stay Here! DO NOT STAY here. I made a reservation for 4. The suite I chose claimed it could accommodate 4 people. I clearly understood that there was one bedroom and a pull out couch. When we got here, che k in was at 4. I asked for early access and we were able to get in 1 hour earlier although I wasn't notified until it was almost 3pm. We didn't arrive until it was almost 4 pm anyway. I paid the extra $20 for parking. So after parking we came up to the room and checked the bedding as I aways do. The bedroom was fine. The bathroom had towels for 2 and there was NO sheets on the pull out and no pillows available. It was bare. When I pulled the cushions off there appeared to be pet hair all over the back of the couch. So, I called Kasa and made a request for towels and linens and gave permission for them to enter because we were going to a concert. So we left to get food and go to the concert. We arrived back at Kasa close to midnight. NO Towels, No linens NOTHING. I was on the phone with Kasa and VRBO for hours. Two people slept sitting up on the two seater couch in their street clothes because no one wants to sleep on a bare mattress. One representative told me they had an order in for the next day. I had a reservation for 1 night so why would they put in an order for the next day after we leave? I was also told that the only way I would get a full refund was to vacate the premises at 2 am in the morning. I have stayed at a VRBO property in the past and it was great. This, was a horrible experience for me and my family. They also advertised a supply closet. I looked in there and it was bare. NEVER AGAIN, NEVER AGAIN!

We came into town for our son’s graduation from WSU. It was a great location and the parking was close. Lots of bars, parks and good restaurants within walking distance. The 7-11 downstairs made it easy to grab water, soda or any left necessities. The apartment was clean and the view was nice.

We stayed at their Detroit location. Overall, happy with our stay as the location and amenities were good. The information included on the website was not super accurate. For example, the unit had a stacked washer and dryer (which was amazing), but there was no mention of this at the time of booking. Also, we had to request extra bedding and sheets for the sofa bed in the living room. Because our request was submitted after working hours, they brought the sheets the day after. I expected that they would naturally provide enough bedding and sheets if they advertise to sleep 4 people.

Nice place to stay in town close to everything! Parking lot isn’t open till 11am Sunday though just keep that in mind when parking in the lot right behind building.

Right in the heart of downtown Detroit. Close to everything. City is doing a ton of improvements to the area and it’s definitely in transition in a good way. Nice kitchen and unique rooms with a beautiful view. Will stay again next time I’m in the city.

Nice space. I appreciated the views from the upper level. Easy to get in and out. Felt like home. There were a few cosmetic things in the bathroom and living area that may need addressing but all in all a nice stay. Thanks

Clean and updated rooms.

The accommodations perfectly met my needs. The location is a quick walk to anywhere downtown. Plenty of close restaurant option. There is a small but well stocked market about 2 blocks away for those that prefer to cook in rather than eat out, as well as a major supermarket about a 15 minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a lot of hotels and accommodations over a 3 week period whilst travelling. I'll start with the positives... The room was a great location for Comerica Park and theres plenty of room. Check-in process was easy. The cons...the bed was so uncomfortable I had the worst night sleep, the sofa bed which my child slept in was the same and sagged in the middle, was not clean and also uncomfortable. The deposit was taken days before arriving which was more than any other places we stayed at (most of not all took it at time of check in) and I got it back a few days later after asking for it (other places gave it back after check out).

Great location for stadiums, bars and restaurants. You just have to walk three blocks to get to a better area. 3rd floor was bright due to street lights at same level. Noisy due to traffic. They did provide blackout masks, ear plugs and sound machines. Very smart. Well done. Light sleepers not recommended. Clean. Great communication. The place has a dishwasher and stacked washer/dryer. I would recommend they supply detergent for both. The price was affordable. Greektown is getting a face-lift. This location will only improve. Go to the diner next door. Cheers!

Great space to stay

Little to no staff present at anytime. I requested more coffee packs at 6pm. This was not possible to obtain as there is no staff on the premises. Communication was good, but strictly by text or email. Sketchy neighborhood

Staff was very friendly. The Host was very kind!

The place was like pictured. They could do some updating as far as the walls having lots of marks and scuffs but clean. I didn’t have face towels and took time to get them but they communicated and considering it being more of a virtual front desk I understand. I would have preferred a tv in the bedroom as well and not just the living room area. But my stay was comfy with pretty much everything I needed.
