The main issue was that the unit I was put in faced a major highway with very loud highway noise 24 hours per day. Even when wearing ear plugs I could hear the loud highway noice. Besides this one issue everything else was nice and I appreciated the easy communication with the virtual front desk.

Fantastic location for visiting the Capital Hill and Downtown areas! Easy to walk to lots of bars and restaurants. Building felt safe and was clean and comfortable!

Highly Recommended! Loved My Stay — Everything I Needed and More! I absolutely loved my stay at Kasa! The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed — honestly, even more than I expected. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the space felt thoughtfully equipped for both a short or extended stay. The kitchenette was a huge plus and included a refrigerator, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, dish soap, and plenty of space to sit and relax. They also provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, laundry detergent, and other essentials. Being able to wash my clothes during my stay was incredibly convenient. Self check-in was easy and seamless, and I loved that I could have DoorDash delivered directly to my door. The location was another highlight. It’s a short walk to the convention center and Paramount Theatre, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is very walkable, and having the Link light rail just down the street made getting to other destinations around the city easy and convenient along with SeaTac airport stop… so I didn’t need to rent a car or park. But paid parking is available close by. And the rooftop lounge was the perfect bonus — beautiful views and a great place to relax! Kasa really had everything I needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. I would absolutely stay here again. 5 stars — I loved it!

Over all the places nice. Very clean and the building seemed safe with plenty to do in the area. Downsides were unclear check-in instructions. You are sent four different lockbox or door codes and it’s not immediately clear which goes to what so we had some trouble getting into the building. You also will have to spend more money on parking and there’s nothing nearby so be prepared to spend more than just the cost of the Airbnb.

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and Pike Place Market. Loved having a kitchenette to make breakfast in before heading out for the day. And we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Parking anywhere in this area is tough, but there is a paid lot right near the building that you can use during your stay. Would book here again.

The property is not very clean. The first thing I noticed when going into the building was the smell of trash or vomit. It was horrible. The trash can next to the elevator seemed to be partly responsible for that smell, but it did also feel like someone puked in the hallway, maybe multiple people. The room was decent when I first checked in. It was not until later that I noticed the king size bed was not supported on one side. The mattress would sink down about 6-8" at the left side, I almost fall off the bed when I rolled over to the edge. Up on further inspection, it seems the hardware to support the mattress was not correct. The owner used the wrong size frame under the mattress which left 1 side unsupported. I'm not sure why they didn't get the right parts from Ikea to be installed, maybe they are just using something they have on hand and didn't want to pay to get the correct parts? I can only guess. There was no one on site to come and address the issue. This property is not a hotel, maybe an apartment building that owners rent out when they are not using it? The remote support staff said they can move me to a different room. In any case, this is not a good experience. Not recommended.

Room was just what we needed, a place to stay for the night. Clean and comfortable, easy access, good location. Only thing was that building lobby and hallways were stuffy and smelled pretty bad. Just the facts, and easy to deal with, but wanted to provide an honest review.

The studio was clean and very conveniently located. Communication from the host was fast and helpful. Would absolutely stay there again.

Great location in the heart of capitol hill!

When we arrived at our unit it was nice and clean, but when we tried to use shower the drain was plugged, resulting in water not draining. I made a maintenance request, no help came to fix the issue. I then called and was told it would get dealt with but nothing happened out while stay of two nights so we were not able to shower. Not a very good experience.

Checkin in was easy enough being automated, but there were a few let downs that added up to a less than stellar stay. There was several small stains on the bedsheets, comforter and pillowcases. They looked like wine/blood, and other bodily fluids... There was very little to no hot water for the shower and sink. It only got lukewarm or not at all. The drainage was terrible in the bathroom, pooling up in the bathtub and sink. The nightstands and TV console were very dusty. There was a very strong garbage smell on entering the third floor which was noxious.

No parking provided at the property. Room and bed/sheets smelled terrible. I had to go buy air freshener because I couldn’t bear the smell. No luggage storage for before or after check in.

Clean, comfortable, and secure. Doing everything through the app and having no other human in the chain is off-putting to me, but it works. Would absolutely stay here again.

Parking is sketchy, communication is non-existent, they have microphones on the property that monitor your noise level which feels unsafe and an invasion of privacy. Fire alarm went off while we were there and they send me a message blaming me for the noise and threatening to kick me out if I didn't respond.

Kasa had both an awesome location and a lovely property with super easy check-in and a ton of amenities within the room/kitchenette. We arrived late in the evening and had zero issues getting in - the team even checked in with me to make sure I’d arrived okay. Also, the room we stayed in was actually better than the pictures!! So cute and well designed. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re in the city ☺️

cozy space w everything we needed—free laundry was a huge plus. Only con is, our room overlooked a huge highway, so there's definitely a bit of street noise. if you're not sensitive you noise, definitely not a deal breaker. great price for the location + amenities

Trop compliqué et trop bruyant. Likes: Un studio quasi neuf bien placé. Dislikes: Enregistrement beaucoup trop complexe qui n'a pas fonctionné, il a fallu téléphoner en anglais pour finir par avoir des codes. Extrêmement bruyant au pied d'une autoroute à 10 voies avec un vitrage étonnamment peu efficace contre le bruit. Il existe une cuisine équipée mais bizarrement là aussi pas de table ni de chaise pour manger, étrange concept à améliorer.

We had a great stay here! Awesome location, very clean and easy. My only tip is if you’re at all sensitive to light when you sleep, be sure to bring an eye mask because the lights on the appliances were quite bright in the night. You can also hear the highway a bit, but they provide earplugs!

Only stayed for one night, but would definitely go back. Smelled so nice when I walked in. Everything was clean. I felt very cozy and comfortable! Loved the small kitchen as well. Check-in was easier than I expected!

Exact unit we stayed at did not match the photos. I was disappointed since the photos showed a larger unit. The WiFi was very slow. I couldn't use it to browse websites, podcasts did not download, and any video streaming failed. This was very frustrating since I don't have unlimited cell data. The messaging is all AI. You will not talk to someone. My request of having laundry soap (there was none in the unit even though it should have) took over a day to request. The unit was clean. Complementary tea and coffee was good. Glass plates, and cookware available if you wish to cook. Overall a good value.
