The apartment was perfect for my husband and I for 3 days. Great location for the concert we came to see. Beautiful windows. Clean space. Slept great with ear plugs. Would definitely stay here again!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pros: Overall a great stay for the price, hard to beat this spot given the location & convenience of a kitchenette ~ good if you’re traveling for an extended trip & don’t want to eat out for every meal. I had groceries delivered & saved a lot by staying here. Walkable to Pike Place Market (~ 20 min). I recommend using the Bounce location Pike Grocery to store your luggage while you explore, very flexible hours in case your flight is early morning or late night. You can request early check in & later check out for additional fees at this stay. Cons: The 3rd floor trash compactor broke so it smelled like trash in the hallway (not in the unit), they apologized for that & were actively trying to fix it. When I went to put all the groceries I ordered away & the mini fridge was warm, I requested help. However, Raheem was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. He got me a mini fridge that was already cold from another rental unit!

Fire alarm went off at 2am and we all had to evacuate because some one burned some food

Good stay overall

Very clean, great location for walking, and I felt safe staying there alone. It’s a small space, but I didn’t spend too much time there during the day. I would give it 5/5 stars but I had a lot of trouble with the WiFi.

The place is clean and the rooms are awesome. Would always stay there.

Dislikes: Our stay was very disappointing due to several serious issues. First, the virtual check-in process was problematic because the link we received was invalid, causing unnecessary stress upon arrival. Second, your system sent automated noise complaints threatening to cancel our reservation without verifying the facts first. After falsely accusing us, the only response was a simple apology. This is not an acceptable way to treat guests. In addition, the Wi-Fi barely worked. Since we both work remotely, this significantly affected our ability to use our computers and forced us to rely on our mobile data. To make matters worse, the building's fire alarm was activated in the middle of the night, requiring everyone to evacuate while the fire department responded. During this emergency, we received no guidance, assistance, or explanation from the property management. Overall, the lack of communication, poor customer support, and failure to verify situations before sending threatening messages made this a very frustrating experience. We expected much better service.

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location was excellent, with convenient access to public transportation and many great places to explore. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle.

Great location, easy check in!

My stay at this Kasa was wonderful! The virtual check-in/out was easy and directions were clear. The building is super secure. You have to enter your code to get in, to use the elevator, and to enter your room. The building itself was very quiet, but it is close to the freeway so you do hear some car noises. They do provide a white noise machine and earplugs. The coffee, tea, and creamer selection in the room was excellent. The bed was a little firm, but quite comfortable. They also provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. It was nice to have the kitchen which included a stove, dishwasher, mini fridge, and sink area. Anything you could need to cook or eat was also provided. This Kasa is super close to SO many restaurants, coffee, shops, and transportation. Pike market/ the downtown area is about a 18 minute walk straight down Pine St. As a woman traveling on her own, I felt very safe exploring this area. This was a great unit and I would book again.

Great location, but something in the apartment building smelled and permeated through the hallways and into the rooms even. Wasn’t the worst smell ever, but unpleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was very comfortable and more spacious than expected. As we were out in the city during the majority of our visit, we did not use many of the amenities (kitchen, dishwasher etc) but they were all modern and very clean. The residence itself is a bit out of the way from central Seattle, but it is very close to a lightrail station and other public transportation. Overall a 10/10 stay and I highly recommend this Kasa residence!

Great place, great location. Easy self check in, clean, exercise room, roof top patio. Stayed for 4 days and was an easy walk or bike/scooter to the stadium area, Pioneer Square, Pikes Place, Space Needle. And the street below has a few good food options and a Voodoo Donuts across the street. Would definitely stay again!

Great spot to serve as a base for exploring Seattle!

Clean room, nice views, great location.

Stayed here for a full week. It was seriously perfect felt like my own apartment for the week. Well it literally was. Everything was clean, the rooftop access was awesome too. Beautiful views. So many restaurants close by & we walked everywhere around Seattle we maybe took an uber once. We loved it so much we extended our stay a day.

Staying at Kasa Capitol Hill was a great experience! Everything was as described and when there were any issues, they were quick to address them.

The view Great location, lots to do and eat nearby, clean unit and building. Really easy and smooth check in and out.

Positives: great location, decent room, great access to nightlife and tourist attractions; rooms are quiet; good pricing; amazing rooftop views. The negatives: common areas are a bit dingy and stale smelling; parking is totally unavailable, and this is not clearly stated and parking lots can run very steep which adds to the otherwise reasonable price of the room; when I did write the management company with a couple of questions they never responded. Overall, if you were looking to enjoy a really great central location and don’t have a car this is a very ideal situation.

This is definitely a center of the city. Walkable to the public markets and the bars.

Great location just 10-15 minute walk to Nordstrom and other shops. Relatively safe to walk at night but there were homeless people near the area but no issues for me as a solo woman. Apartment was clean and had everything you would need to make your stay comfortable.

Great location. Very central and walkable. Lots of fun food spots. Very close to the space needle and the climate pledge arena. We would definitely book again!

This is a perfect location to walk or Lime scooter everywhere. Loved the place and the view. Communication was quick but inaccurate and soon became obvious it was mostly AI. For example, there was a fire alarm in the middle of the night and in addition to leaving the building to wait for it to be reset, many of the guests received a "noise complaint" message. I also requested early check-in and was given incorrect information.

Location was great and very walkable. Easy check in and out. Also felt safe since the elevator required a code to go up. The only reason I did t give it 5 stars is the bed on the side near the window did not have support on the bottom so you’ll slipped down and off. It’s a king bed but I think they used a queen base so that side wasn’t supported. Also the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great. But overall, still recommend this place!

Clean and easy to get to

Loved this place even if it was for 1 night. Very clean, great AC and air flow. The bed is a little hard for my liking but it was ok. Had gotten an excessive noise warning while we were not in the unit, Im not sure how sensitive those are but Mexico won against Ecuador and multiple parties next door and outside were celebrating like they should. Overall great space and the pho restaurant just nextdoor was great! I'd book again :)

Great location; close to food, shopping and nightlife. Room was clean but could’ve been a little cleaner; hair on the floor and bathroom area.

There was no parking available at the Kasa so I paid $70 for parking next to the building which expired at 2am . I then was only able to add 2 more hours and finally at 4 am I was able to add 10 . The fire alarm went off at 12 am so we had to evacuate. When I asked what was going on with the virtual sight I was told I was making to much noise and would be kicked out. Overall a terrible experience!!!!

Such a beautiful apartment! The location was good. There were a few things to eat around although we got there late so some of them were closed. But great location I felt secure the apartment is absolutely beautiful. I will definitely stay there again! If you’re a light sleeper or need quiet this may not be your place because it’s next to the freeway and a busy road. We loved the noise though!

Very clean, with all the amenities, i would like them to include laundry system also. But apart from that amazing.

good place in Seattle, small fridge though

Here are the good and bad points about my stay, and why I gave them 2 stars based on my experience. The good: very clean, comfy bed, huge bathroom, easy check in, kitchenette has all the basics, AC works really well. The bad: the property manager company tries to contact you outside the app ( had to tell them to only message me through airbnb app); the size of the apartment does not look like the photos or description (posting said there was supposed to be dining table and chairs but there wasn't any and no room for it as the space was so small, bed was near kitchen counter); there was no hand soap and the property manager or AI that kept responding to me said someone would come drop it off but no one did before we checked out; place smelled like fresh paint when we entered ( we arrived late so had no where else to stay) there was even paint buckets and supplies in the hallway still; bathroom has sensor lights so lights kept turning off while showering so left in the dark.

So convenient and nice would stay again!

The location is perfect and there was very little noise coming into the unit even with all the pride celebrations going on. There are so many small restaurants and bars right downstairs, too. Use Spothero to find the parking lot at Boren and Olive. It was only $12 for overnight parking and is about a 5-min walk to the airbnb. Check-in instructions are super clear with photos for every step. An agent reached out as soon as we checked in and was available for any questions and requests. We didnt have a hairdryer in the unit and our agent responded right away. The unit is very clean and spacious. I would stay here again next time I visit Capitol Hill.

Great studio in the Capitol Hill area. We stayed her for Pride Weekend and the events and clubs were at a walkable distance. The studio was cozy and had enough room for 2 people.

The room was as listed. It is next to the highway but there were provided earplugs and a sound machine, though I didn’t really notice the sound anyways.

Good beautiful area lots of good restaurants and bars very clean as good view of the city depending on which side you placed in parking isn’t too bad if you can find the right spot

Incredibly clean, well equipped, and comfortable small apartment to stay in while exploring downtown Seattle. The apartment is basically brand new and is in great condition. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!
